“Love our battery back vac but one of the batteries won’t charge and two of the chargers don’t charge anymore”

“My cleaner recommended this vacuum cleaner to me and it is amazing! Excellent suction and lightweight so easy to move around. The cord is also a really good length.”

“Order was processed quickly. Items were correct and arrived in good time, taking around 1 week, to our region. Found no fault at all with the entire process. Website was clear and easy to understand. Placing the order was easy. Would be more than happy to use them again.”

“Great vacuum, sucks up everything, slides from carpet to floorboards easily. I have the superpro duo 700 as I use it for cleaning which works great - although much louder than other pacvac’s I have used. I’ve invested in ear buds…. One clip for the vacuum cover arrived very loose and I needed pliers to make it tight as sometimes it comes undone but overall - would recommend.”

The Superpro Duo 700 is a little louder than the others in our Superpro 700 range due to having a Bypass motor, which provides added motor protection in case of accidental suction of liquid. “A while ago I wrote a review and talked about an issue I had with one of the Pac Vac machines. Pac Vac got straight in touch with me and went above and beyond to understand my issues. Not only were they amazingly helpful, polite and kind they solved the problem and had it rectified immediately. My new machines I ordered are perfect and the quality I remember. The ergonomics are great, the machine is powerful and light enough to be carried for many hours work a day. I am again in love with my Pac Vac. 5 stars for the excellent service too. “The order was originally mucked up - we were sent 3 regular Pacvacs instead of the 1 cordless Pacvac we ordered - but we’re very happy with the vac now that we have it. It’s much easier to use, and is used more regularly than our old plug in one.”

“Simply THE best vacuum cleaner owm the market bar none. I have wasted my time and money with that rechargeable rubbish and they just don't compare. This is ideal for both commercial and domestic use. I have recommended others who have now purchased the same Glide 300 product. A+++”
