“My package came Wrinkly and destroyed. So I went on their facebook and PM'd them with my problem and Pictures AS PROOF and made a review on their facebook page which was replied with "please PM us here and we will gladly help you bla bla bla", I already PM'd them long before that and not only they didn't respond they BLOCKED me from sending them messages...So much for "Great" costumer service and putting your costumers first.”
“I purchased 2 separate kits back in October for Xmas gifts. I received 1 kit and 2 pens but Xmas had come and gone and I have still not received the other kit. One of my daughters therefore did not receive her gift. The tracking # comes up status unknown. When I contacted customer service they just gave me the same tracking # to use.
I certainly will not recommend this company to anyone or purchase anything from them again !!!!!!!”

“I do not recommend ordering from this company if you want good customer service. I placed an order from this compan. However,I then found a picture I liked better. So, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order (it was less than a day after I placed my order). I waited the 24 hours for the company to respond. However, they didn’t. So, I sent a repeat email asking to cancel the order before it shipped. It has now been over 24 hours since the second email has been sent and my order has shipped. I do not want this order and I expressed so before it shipped. So, now I would need to pay the return shipping if I returned the order which is why I emailed well before the order shipped in the first place in order to prevent this from happening. Very, very irritated. Even if I like the product I receive, I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you do Not order from them either unless you expect not to have to contact customer service. Very unsatisfied...”
“I have ordered about 11 different picture. ONLY ONE came with all the right drills and that one looked like the picture when it was done. I have had to continuously ask for the correct drills and some time I have to ask 3 and 4 times. Before I even get time and that takes over a month to get. I order something in JUNE and it is now the end of NOVEMBER and I still done have the right drills. To finish a Christmas gift. It will never get done. I'm sick of asking for the correct drills.”

“Back in May I ordered four diamond paintings, from the Leonid Afremov a collection. I bought them because they are so colorful and beautiful. When I received the kits, I thought that the diamonds that I received where kind of dark for the paintings that I bought. since I was new to diamond painting, I figured that when they diamonds where actually on the canvas that it would look like the picture. But yesterday, I was putting the last one of the kits diamond drills in containters and it wasn’t until I finished putting them in containers, that I noticed that there was no yellows and lots of browns and beige. That’s when I looked up some of the DMC colors on my phone and realized that the wrong colors where in some of the bags. And with some others, the colors showing on the picture, where not even there. That’s when I decided to really take a hard look at all the kits. I’m so dissapointed, because I spent $200 for all four kits. Since I bought them back in May and have already put them in containers, I won’t be able to request for money back. I haven’t worked on any of them yet, because I’ve been working on one for my husband, but the colors are so dark and dreary and brown, instead of colorful the way that they’re supposed to be, I will not be working on them. I’m gonna have to throw them away. I’m very angry, because that’s a lot of money to throw away. I’m going to look for them someplace else.”

“So my mom orders me three paintings for my birthday and a bunch of accessories I get all the extras one painting then nothing else shows they say they sent it again nothing shows then they said I moved which I haven't .
