“It’s so frustrating the delivery delayed over 6 hours and whole day without any response to call customer hotline. Driver called only once when we were busy to take up the phone, he went away immediately. Customer service blamed they already called and we didn’t provide any alternative phone number. It is extremely bad experience and not helping us to rearrange the next day delivery. I need to wait another day to reschedule myself.
Does it cost any to call 1 more time?”
“I was due a delivery of a wardrobe on 3rd of August. I had five emails telling various reasons why the delivery couldn’t take place. I was then emailed to say they would delivery on 13 August. I tried to email to say I would not be able to take delivery on the 13 as I was in hospital all that day. I haven’t had a response from my email. I then telephoned the customer service department. They told me they couldn’t deliver before the 13 or after 13. That apparently was the Managers decision WHY!. They then suggested I telephone Wayfair, this I have done and they said the would try to sort it out. I think the service from your company totally appalling. P.Gillett”
“I had been looking forward to receiving my new mattress from sealy.. sadly you as delivery company let us down...your two man delivery team refused to take the mattress to the bedroom, leaving us being old age pensioners to drag it up the stairs ourselves, but in your information it clearly states take to room of choice...not done.. reported this to sealy and to qvc... never use this company..avoid at all costs.. shocking service from delivery team and customer services..”
“Can not believe the standard of service. Drivers showed up with no PPE and proceeded up the stairs. One of them left scuff marks of blood on 3 walls. The best part is when the internal review came back as “we spoke to the drivers and they said they didn’t do it case closed” I now need to organise for a decorator to come in and clean blood off the walls!!!!!!!! What an absolute joke of a Company.”
“Only one star (undeserved) because you cannot log on to give review otherwise. Arrived and one man got out, opened the back of the van and pointed to my large and heavy package. It was obviously already damaged to one corner. The man then pushed 2 other packages to one side in a rough manner, then proceeded to try and tilt and pull my delivery but jammed it into the van roof causing further damage. He then got the driver to get out and help him lift it 3yards onto my drive. They immediately dropped my package causing more damage. I said I wasn't happy and took photos, they said there was nothing damaged and left. No 'white glove' service, no customer service at all, no PPE, scruffy appearance, and the van was a near wreck, eg nearside mirror hanging on by tape. Will not let Panther Couriers anywhere near me again. Attempted to include photos below, not sure if achieved.”
“Pretty appalling. Was supposed to driver on Friday 2nd July but when I logged in to track the delivery (after waiting in for the 2 hr time slot they had given us) it said that the delivery had failed. When I called the lady said it would still be delivered on that day but later on maybe in the evening. They hadn’t notified us of any of this, I would be none the wiser if I hadn’t phoned. Waited all day and evening and it didn’t turn up.
Called again and they couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been delivered but book it in for Monday 5th July. They turned up 30 mins after the 2 hour time slot and only delivers 3 out of the 4 items. The chairs, table legs and pedestal were there but no table top! Had to call them again and it was at another depot.
Rebooked for Tuesday 6th July and failed again, also the table base we did receive was damaged 🤦♀️
It's now 12 days after the original delivery date and we still don't have a table top. It was supposed to be delivered this morning and what a surprise, it's failed AGAIN!!!! This is the 5th attempt and the 5th time I have waited in. NO EMAIL AND NO TEXT to let us know. Absolutely terrible.”
“Drivers had no customer service and to be honest we’re quite rude,things were tossed around in the back of the van with no care.
However when you see how many drops these drivers are doing it is totally ridiculous.”
“had an email saying they would deliver tuesday, i re-arranged for saturday which was very easy to do via their chat, i thought great! however i got the email the night before with my time slot, got up in the morning to an email saying it is not coming today as my item was not in the right place to be loaded onto their van,
after calling customer service i was basically told they can not do anything about it and they couldnt even rearrange so who knows when or if i will evey get my £350+ item.
avoid this company absolute joke.”
“Refused to leave a small mattress in my porch even after being emailed the day before, a neighbour ready to sign for, and me personally speaking to the driver explaining the situation and only being 5 minutes away on route. Absolutely no common sense, and now expecting £30 to re deliver!”
“Drivers had too many deliveries, turned up 5 hours late, but I saw all his deliveries and I felt sorry for him. If the courier hadn’t been so pleasant I would’ve complained.”
“The first two lads were spot on ppe, uniforms, polite and respectful. Panther didn't pass the details regarding the logistical problems drivers may encounter when delivering. Panther messed up a collection/delivery which was an exchange and the nasty little oik threated to take my goods away because I wasn't impressed by the failure, which was not directed at them, he still took the hump though. He didn't look like he wasn't used to a few expletives. Scruffy, rude and no PPE. Complained all the time from the moment he got here, saying he'd had to wheel the goods down the street because of access, which I'd already communicated to Panther about. His colleague was visibly embarrassed. To be avoided if you can.”

Then i had mixedup messages about the time slots between place ive ordered and Panther logistics
Even postponed they were late 90 minutes.Parcel came up ripped and item bruised in few places…
Both driver and drivers mate attitude was demanding,patronizing..They both looks scruffy and were complaining about long working hours and „shitty company” they working for…never even mentioned „sorry” or any other friendly explanation..i would be surprise if they were sober as well!!pathetic service!”
“Ordered 2 sets of drawers and a dressing table from noa and nani. Paid for next day delivery (even though 5 days later) as was off work for that time. Took 4 deliveries to get satisfied order. First delivery, boxes were missing (drawers came in 2 boxes and dressing table in 1). Received only 1 chest of drawers. 2nd delivery, missing boxes came but both chest of drawers and dressing table damaged. 3rd delivery, resent new chest of drawers and dressing table but again box missing again (dressing table missing). 4th delivery missing box arrived. On each delivery even at times the items were not damaged inside, the packaging was heavily damaged. Doesnt surprise me if more than half the deliveries from Panther are damaged. Noa and Nani refunded our next day delivery charge but did not compensate for the further 3 occasions I had to take either a morning or afternoon off work to wait in for the deliveries. Unfortunately even if these issues are down to the delivery company and not Noa and Nani I will be thinking twice of purchasing anything from them again or even a company that uses these for delivery due to the ridiculou issues. Receiving notifications of delivery between 9-10.30pm for the following day makes it difficult to organise being in. Little more notice would be preferable.”

“Ordered from Dunelm and was charged £9.95 for delivery, but I was able to choose delivery date which was 4 days later. From there the farce began. Both Dunelm and Panther began sending conflicting emails regarding delivery dates. Now supposed to be delivered today 5 days later than first schedule. Never again will I order delivery from any company who uses this delivery service.”
“Was told my delivery would be expected following day. Asked my boss to take off some work which was approved after a hassle of trying to find some one to cover me. Extremely let down when told as early as 9am the next day there was a failure with my item. Looked online for a review of Panther and it seems like a lot of other people are experiencing similar issues. Absolute waste of holiday.”
“Delivery time not kept. Waited on all day. Given an amended time of two hours delay and was told to "rest assured " that I would be contacted when the van was 30 - 60 minutes away. Not contacted. Tried to 'chat' then told that my query would be answered within 24 hours! How is that a "chat"? Tracking page not working. Men eventually arrived. Didnt have a good understanding of English. Over 8 hours late. Didnt know that they were collecting the old bed. Didnt know that they were to assemble the new bed. 'Assembled' the bed. My friend and I then had to assemble it ourselves. Left mus on several steps of my stair carpet. Left forty hand prints on the bed. This was a delivery for Sealy to whom I shall be complaining.”
