The book is lovely, however when personalising there is an issue on the site and I was unable to add a photo to the back. This means I now have a white rectangle on the back of the notebook. This is such a shame.

Lovely cards.. however be careful when you choose personalised photo cards. I just ordered one and hasn’t seen all the feint writing on the front. I changed the bold text but on my phone the feint text didn’t show up… so just wasted money on a card that says it’s from someone else.

The notebook I received was very beautiful but the only complaint I have is that I had paid extra for shipping so it would get here in time for my friend's birthday and the package arrived 2 days later. I was very disappointed to have to go to her birthday party empty-handed.

I love the journals! Very high quality. My only gripe is the shipping cost to Canada and my recent shipment had border charges. I unfortunately cannot recommend if you live in Canada due to all the extra costs. I will have to find another brand unfortunately going forward.

I loved the design that fit the theme of my event. They arrived looking exactly like I had wished. However I think there should be more font options. Also the envelope font should be offered in more colors and fonts to create a uniform look to the invitation.

I noticed this years mid year planner has one less bookmark and the paper is off yellow and seems thinner.

Overall it was a nice packaging experience. The products are beautiful. I like my notebooks and almost everything but the mini highlighters because 2 out of 4 don’t work. That disappointed me. Other than that, everything else is great.

The sample I received was okay. I imagined the wedding invitations to have bold colors, legible writing and made with good quality paper. This sample was truly just a sample, l could not order a large order with confidence.

i love how many choices of bullet journals there are and they are all so pretty. I also love how many pages there are. the only thing i dislike about this journal is the pages are a little thin and bleed through. they also have a sort of yellowish tint to them so some markers look different on the paper

This is a beautiful planner and looked exactly how I hoped it would. The goal setting pages at the beginning are great bonus as well! However, for how expensive the planner is, I would have hoped that the pages would be a bit thicker. No matter what kind of ink you write with, you can see it on the other side of the page. As I prefer to write with fountain pens, this is a major downside.

Sooo disappointed I had to use Chrome as a browser. I don’t like Chrome because of the usage tracking they do. This is not clearly stated in the home page. A courtesy call to ask if I intended to include the same pic twice would have been helpful and nice, though editing is truly my responsibility.

I received notices 2/27 my order was ion the way with an estimated delivery of 3/9 . The delivey date has been updated 4 times generally the day before or day or f delivery. It is now estimated at 3/18. The slow slow delivery time has taken the joy out of the gift I am giving given It is so late and past the receivers event of celebration. I have another order that is also on route and praying it won’t take 3-4 weeks to deliver.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected but I received the package in time. Spent $18 on a pen that doesn’t work well, though. Stationery was beautiful.

Simple and good quality, pretty neat design, a bit pricy for what it actually is, however, the way it is organized makes it hard and annoying to use. First you have the year and next year overview which is fine, but then monthly overviews, month after month, and then the monthly goals and list pages, again, month after month, and then the weekly overviews. It would be way easier to use If the monthly overview and goals/list were at the beginning of the month followed by the weekly layout of that month. Plus it only comes with one bookmark ribbon. Will think twice before buying again.

I love the stationary I ordered and the pens are so aesthetically pleasing. However the ink refills are inconsistent in writing quality, some release ink fast, some as expected, some have damaged roller balls on the tip. About 60% of the 14 ink sticks I have ordered worked, the other 40% I had to discard.

I like the card and the styles they have. Much nicer than other brands that provide a similar service. Great quality as well. Delivery took a long time. I was notified the same day as my order that my card had been dispatched by Royal Mail first class. However, the card didn’t arrive until 10 days later (6 days later than the estimated deliver date) so it missed the occasion it was bought for. Next time, I’ll factor in much more time for delivery. Papier may need to check their estimates on delivery times.

I treated myself to the Papier 2023 advent calendar. £120 is not an amount I'd spend generally but I do love nice stationery. The box attracted me, and it is lovely and will serve as a stationery box. I was disappointed so many of the contents were mini versions, mini notecards, mini notepads, mini post-its and stickers. Although the stickers are good for journalling and calendars. I was pleased with the wee cartridge pen and cartridges. I didn't like the to-do pad - it had no backing! I wasn't keen on the brassy bookmark - it looks too flimsy. The final notebook was a decent size but I would have preferred it unlined or with dots. I always think bold lined pads are for people who can't write, but I suppose that's just me. Most of the items were good quality, but my overall feeling is disappointment. Maybe next time I'll just place an order of random full size items and treat myself that way.

In terms of service, everything was satisfactory and to standard. The item I ordered (a valentines card) I was disappointed with the quality.
