“I was absolutely amazed by the level of customer service Papier provided for my fiancé and I - we made a small mistake on our save the dates and customer service went beyond what they needed to do and offered to print another copy for free! The level of quality that went into our save the dates was unmatched and I will continue to recommend this company to anyone getting married or in need of paper products! THANK YOU!”

“Really lovely planner, however, I was surprised at how much you can see the lines of each page through the paper (as in their timetables and dates etc). Given that it is so expensive that was a bit disappointing and distracting.”

“Bought as a gift and I misread the delivery dates! I emailed the customer service team to change the delivery address and Alicia replied super quick. She changed delivery and it arrived today! Absolutely beautiful notebook and amazing service! Thank you!”

“The prints were late and didn't arrive in time for our wedding, even if we paid extra for the quickest shipping. There wasn't any tracking information sent to us. The quality of prints was mixed - the menus came out great, but the name cards were mixed in with someone else's order and we had to weed them out. Customer service is generally unavailable to the U.S. because of the time difference, and they don't have anyone on hand to deal with urgent issues (like your prints not being delivered the date it stated in the email / what you're paying for).”
