“Took 3+ days more than it should of to arrive AND you can’t get the cards sent to addressees which doesn’t make sense. They’ve told me they’ll refund postage as an apology but this doesn’t change the fact that I wouldn’t use again due to poor delivery times and the time that’s wasted by having to forward on the cards to friends and family.”

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear your order was late. Currently we can dispatch single greetings cards direct to the recipients, but card sets and invitations do need to all go to one address I'm afraid, but thank you very much for your feedback. Papier Customer Service Team

“I was absolutely amazed by the level of customer service Papier provided for my fiancé and I - we made a small mistake on our save the dates and customer service went beyond what they needed to do and offered to print another copy for free!
