“I ordered a guest book for my upcoming wedding & although I received an update that it was coming, it never showed. When I reached out to customer service, they quickly assured me that it appeared to have been lost by USPS but that they would take care of sending me a new one and mark it high priority. I’ve had many negative experiences with lost packages in the past, and I’m so impressed with Papier’s kind & fast response that I’ll definitely be returning in the future! Can’t wait for the guest book to arrive 😊”

“Placed a “tight” order for a wedding sign, was a risk of it not arriving. Using the what app service organised to change the address to the venue and the team upgraded the delivery. Sign was beautiful and will be framed. Excellent service going extra mile”

“Took 3+ days more than it should of to arrive AND you can’t get the cards sent to addressees which doesn’t make sense. They’ve told me they’ll refund postage as an apology but this doesn’t change the fact that I wouldn’t use again due to poor delivery times and the time that’s wasted by having to forward on the cards to friends and family.”

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear your order was late. Currently we can dispatch single greetings cards direct to the recipients, but card sets and invitations do need to all go to one address I'm afraid, but thank you very much for your feedback. Papier Customer Service Team
