“This was my second order with Papier as I ordered my wedding invitations too. I ordered some thank you cards with images uploaded but unfortunately the images had gone wrong without me noticing. When I received the order obviously they were beyond help. I contact Papier and a lovely CS advisor called Sian took over the situation and confirmed it was my error but would help rectify and get the situation right for me. I can honestly say it’s the fastest responses I have ever had to emails and the sheer professionalism and genuine care that Sian took to get this right for me is absolutely brilliant. I would not hesitate to recommend Papier to anyone. Great value for money, speedy service and genuine CS for when it goes wrong.”

“Amazing customer service! I needed a slight tweak one of their seating plan design (4 long tables rather than smaller tables, which was not available on the website) I reached out through the chat thinking it was a long shot. Within an hour I had a response and within the next 20 mins they had made the perfect design. Thank you for making this so easy, more companies need to take a leaf out of your book.”
