“I really love your products and I feel sorry for you as a business you can't ship to Europe after Brexit. What a brilliant decision that was. Here I am in Spain, wanting to buy a lovely planner and I can't, because, I guess it made brilliant sense to cut off an affluent, integrated market right next door of some 450 million customers, of which I am one. Thank you for letting me know, your customer service was lovely but perhaps make it clearer on the website.”

“This was my second time ordering from Papier. The cards are beautiful, but this round of envelopes are completely different. They are cheap feeling and are a bright white, while the cards are a natural white. They have a peel-and-stick closure rather than the European flap that I received last time. Super happy with the cards, but these envelopes just feel like an afterthought.”

“I love Papier journals, they're so vibrant, the paper is excellent, its so good to write on. I buy journals and wellness journals for client, which I personalise. My only observation is that you have recently added PAPIER to the front of journals, where it was not there before, and that has definitely put me off the journal... for example Mother of Pearl - you used to be able to personalise with a name, now it has PAPIER underneath it - which ruins the journal, especially as your brand is clearly on the back cover. It stopped me ordering two journals today. The delivery is quite a long timeframe as well.”

“For the most part I love your products but I was disappointed when I ordered the large spiral notebook. I thought it came in a hardcover but only a soft one and for the money I really didn’t think it was worth it. Wish you made a large hardcover notebook- something that was sturdier for the price.”

“Lovely paper and wedding stationary but quite expensive. The wedding sign and the seating plan were ridiculously overpriced but the table names, seat cards, and orders of service were lovely. I would have liked more personalisation options (like adding pages to the order of service to include texts of the readings or songs), and I think the seat cards should come with the option of adding printed names (like with the table names) and the table names should have the option of adding explanations on the back, not just the same sign both front and back. But overall a good and elegant service.”

“The book and print quality is excellent. Easy to use interface. Book slightly damaged from postage and turned up 5 days after estimated arrival date even though I paid for express shipping - customer service told me conflicting info about delivery and whilst somewhat apologetic it was a waste of time contacting them. Actually their delivery partner didn't even try to deliver at home - just sent me a message saying ready for pickup at thier office. Not sure I recommend based on the overall cost and hassle.”

“The photo book made a great Valentine’s Day gift! The only issue was that the photos looked a bit different in the book than they did online when creating the book. Each photo lost a bit of the image because I chose to have each image fill the entire page. That is not how they appeared online? Otherwise, my girlfriend loved the book and it will make a fantastic keepsake!”
