“I love the look of it and that was I able to personalize it. The inside setup of the weekly overview, menu/shopping list, and the daily schedule are great. The reason I took off a star was I wish the days of the week weren't picked out already. I don't plan my weekends with hourly so I don't need a page each for Sat and Sun. These pages will either go unused or written over. I wish it just had 5 blank days per week and we can write (or circle) which day of the week it was for. That way, for days we didn't use the book, it wasn't a wasted page.”

“Second time I have used. Not quite as good this time. Name on personalised book was abit small and I couldn’t seem to make it bigger. I would also liked to have paid more for a box as it was a special present. Time if delivery great and I love being able to do a personalised book.”

“I love the layout of the yearly planner, but I wish the internal sections were customizable as well - for example, I like the layout of sections included in other planner formats, but had to compromise on which ones I could have. Additionally, the cost of the planner has gone up, but the paper is thinner.”

“Love what we’ve had from Papier, my only complaint would be that the hook has been placed in the wrong orientation of one of our photos. But the print quality is great and the frames are exactly what we wanted”

“The designs Papier has to offer are great and they have excellent customer feedback. Unfortunately the product I received did not live up to what it looked like online. The colors were faded and the pages were transparent.”

“I love using papier journals and have for 2 years now. Excellent quality binding covers and paper. Only issue is not even a years worth of pages in one book and they are quite expensive”

“The quality of the product is top notch and I found the customer service helpful. However I purchased the notepaper and envelops and I was very disappointed that they arrived with no box. I am giving the notes as a gift and these lovely items deserve a beautiful presentation box. I would have even been okay to pay a bit extra for that!”

“I have bought an academic diary 2 years in a row now, this year will be my third and I love them. The diaries are absolutely gorgeous and I can't see myself going without the diaries from here in the future. The reason I have given only four stars however, is because I would have loved to purchase one of the new spiral diaries however I personally feel as though there is not enough of a range in designs in this particular book type. Also, I love the layout and overall design of the daily planners available and very nearly bought one, until I realised that there is only 16 weeks worth of pages and I would need to purchase 4 diaries in 1 year to ensure I could track my days which would turn out to be pretty costly, so I would also love to see the daily planner with a few more weeks of pages in it and would definitely buy it if this was the case.”

“I love Papier Bullet journals. Unfortunately, I see the quality of the journals are not as they used to be. First of all, the paper itself is more yellowish. Secondly, the spread of pages is not flat. I hate to press one side down to right something at the end of the line. I also wish Papier kept the old logo that was in style of the journal. I was trying to attach picture comparing the old journal and the new one I just received but it was not successful.”

Hi Olga - thank you so much for your feedback about your recent notebook order. So sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the item received. Unfortunately, our hardcover books are sewn and then glued onto the cover page at the spine, so they open freely, however, these are not lay flat books by design, apologies for any confusion caused by this. There may be some slight difference in paper colour in each paper batch we receive and use. “I absolutely love my academic planner that I recieved! I wish there were more pages for the assignment deadlines, but other than that it is perfect! I added out some handwritten tabs on the side and I absolutely adore this planner. The shipping was quicker than I expected ( I live in the US).”
