“I received a personalised diary and 2 Papier pens as a gift for Christmas. Despite the pens being faulty and there being some print issues with the diary, I felt I had to write a positive review as their customer service was second to none. I received a reply on the same day I sent my query (a Sunday!) from Steph and by the following week, my issues were resolved. Thank you Steph, Olivia and Joel for your exemplary customer service.”

“Papier make quality diaries with all the kinds of essential pages one requires - year planners, month planners and the day to day pages. I also like their selection of cover designs and the fact that you can choose to have your name printed on the cover. I wish they would make a slightly smaller size too.”

“The price is I guess normal for a wellness journal as opposed to a planner. I really liked the layout although some things I found repetitive such as thankful for//what went well during the day, the paper was kind of thin too. I loved the meals part and space for thoughts and feels. I just sort of made my own use of the pages rather than strictly following each section- theres so much you can do with it really you can put whatever. I've now come to the last few pages of my journal and I love seeing how far I've come over the days.”

“Purchased an undated daily planner and it's been really helpful when I am mapping out my week. I bought it for helping me plan my academic work, so there are a few pages that I don't need (like the meal planning pages -- I use GoogleKeep since I don't want to be holding a notebook/pen when I'm grocery shopping).”

“I think the 2022 planner is beautiful, but it is frustrating not to have room for a to-do list nearer the planner portion. I’d really like room for a weekly to do list, rather than monthly. This is my first foray into paper planning though, so that is based on no experience with the feature.”

“Lovely designs, but a little disappointed in the paper quality. I love to use fountain pens in my journals, and was expecting a better quality of paper. It doesn’t bleed but you can see it on the other side. Even highlighters are visible. Otherwise I love them!”

“I love my planner BUT have a couple of suggestions! I would love for the printed copy to have all of the month pages together. It would help to not have to flip flip flip from the front, to the back, then to the middle. OR, add a couple of more ribbons to for better marking of places. Would be grand! Other than that, happy to have found this company, have been searching for awhile. Will see if I stay, depends on the flipping. :-)”

“Really good quality calendars but the main issue is the very slow production and delivery which I have already complaint about last year. Nothing's changed obviously. Also another issue is that it would take any photo which might look good on the computer but once printed, it looks not that great. Should have a smart photo scanning and advise on the poor quality photo when printed.”

“I bought the diary as a gift and the personalisation offered made all the difference to the recipient, they were delighted. The finish of the diary was slightly disappointing very nice but the pictures indicated the finish was a little more luxurious.”

“I’ve been ordering from Papier for a few years and love them, however the paper is a little thin. I like to bullet journal with lots of colors and highlight/layer things and find that ink can easily bleed through.”
