“I love my academic planner! It is so helpful when keeping track of my busy schedule. The other thing I don't like is the number of deadline pages. It's only week 4 of my semester and I've already used 1.5 out of 3 pages. However, I still love it and get so many compliments!”

“The planners are so cute!! The only thing I don't love is that the paper is very thin so there is some ghosting happening when I write in it. I haven't had a pen actually bleed through the paper yet, so I can live with it. Also it got delivered a week early which was a great surprise”

“I ordered the academic year planner & i LOVE it. cant recommend enough. the paper is so nice & i love the formatting so much. my one & only complaint - the deadlines section :/ i was super excited for this part, but it only has room for 36 deadlines. in comparison, im taking 15 hours right now & have 167 deadlines.. overall i still love it, but there is some room for improvement :)”

“I got the Le Classique planner and it's adorable! I just wish it came in more colors than just pink with red accents. It would be great to see it in blue, green, yellow and more. Other than that, it's adorable”

“I love that I was able to personalize my academic planner cover and it turned out beautiful. The only reason for 4/5 stars is due to the layout of the pages in the planner. The current layout places all the month ahead and all the monthly overview spreads in the front of the book. Weekly spreads begin after these approximately halfway through the book. Organizing “the month ahead” and “monthly overview” directly in front of that month’s weekly spreads makes more sense chronologically. Alternatively, access to how the agenda is laid out (possibly with an interactive flip through online version) would have been useful to review before ordering. Delivery was faster than expected and thoughtfully packaged.”

“Absolutely love my diary. The ordering and customising was so simple and the quality is amazing. If I could make one suggestion, which, for me, would make the diary absolutely perfect - can you add another two more ribbon dividers. One for the monthly grid view pages and one for the monthly goals, to do list, important dates and wish list pages. Just to make it so much more easier to find these pages for the month you are in, rather than flicking through all the pages to find your month ….. especially as you get further in to the year. I find that I don’t use these pages so much because of the extra effort of having to find them each month. But if there was a divider for each section I’d use these pages so much more.”

“I love these planners but I miss the feature of having the to do list on the weekly over view and the schedule under the to do list. It is satisfying checking off rhinos every day. The academic planners last year had them so I was a bit disappointed this one didn’t. Other than that I love these planners and I take mine with me everywhere. Theyer quite durable.”

“Really cute! Some of the smaller font wasn’t super easy to read because of the printing but the pattern was cute and I loved the colors! I also accidentally bought a wellness journal by accident?? It like asks questions and gives prompts which is cute I just thought it was a regular notebook but that was probably my bad. Overall good product”

“Customer service is STELLAR — Olivia was so helpful and kind. I picked up an undated planner which had super useful content (weekly overviews, habit trackers, goal reviews every 3 weeks) but the paper itself…not the quality I was expecting. The paper is very thin, so instead of using my nice pens, I have to use pencil. I LOVE my planner and use it every day, but the quality of the paper is disappointing. Just for that, I would want to give 4.5 stars, but since that’s not possible, 4 stars it is :(”

“I’m a big fan of Papier and I’ve bought cards several times and just taken delivery of my 3rd photo book. This one is for my younger daughter’s 40th Birthday, so there are some very old, poor quality photos. Generally Papier has done a great job reproducing them for me, however there are two or three where the image reproduced is less sharp/more blurred than the original photo and how it appeared to me when I was placing them on the page. In fairness they’re poor photos, so presumably this is a technical issue. However, on one page, there’s a border of my photo showing with a date and consequently the other photo alongside on that page is not aligned because of this border. This was clearly an error on my part as it obviously doesn’t look right and it would have been appreciated if someone had noticed this and contacted me to check whether this was intentional so it could be corrected. Can’t fault the speedy turn around time and delivery as always was bang on time. So in summary, although I’m a tad disappointed about a couple of things, generally the finished product is excellent and I’m quite happy.”

“I've been using the 2022 Koyo planner for a few months now. I really love it! It's beautiful and the paper is really soft, definitely high quality. The only thing I'm not the hugest fan of is the placement of the pages. You have all the month calendars front, then all of the months notes pages, and THEN the dates by week. There is a lot of flipping back and forth when entering dates in. And it makes it impossible to use the monthly notes pages. It should be grouped together by months, not types of calendars. It would also be helpful to have more than just 1 bookmark ribbon to keep track of this. Otherwise, a great planner with ample space if you're a busy body with many appointments. :)”

Hi Wes, Thanks for your review! I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! We originally developed our 2021 diaries in a different format due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. However, following further feedback from customers regarding issues with this new format, we have reverted back to our original setup for our 2022 diaries. Apologies again for any disappointment caused and do let me know if you have any further queries. Best Wishes, Alicia

“I absolutely love the paper products! I've bought so many wellbeing journals as gifts (and for myself) and I love the list pads to keep my sanity I'm a stylish way. The only thing I haven't been 100% in love with is the pen, which seems a bit scratchy and doesn't write as smoothly as I hoped, but such a minor complaint”

“Feeling better - received poor quality stationary that was not printed correctly. Initially left poor review as I reached out per their website and not reply after 5 days when their website promised reply within a day. Disappointed as I received no return correspondence, but they did reship my order with the printing errors corrected. I only wish they had communicated before I took time to post a review and cancel the credit card transaction which I since reinstated.”

“Made 2 wedding albums for each of my sons. I'm not great at IT but soon managed to download photos and move them around the set formats. I am so pleased with both albums, it's lovely to look at the photos in a tactile well and take to show relatives and friends. I will definitely use Papier again, in fact my daughter is getting married later in the year - another wedding album!..”

“I received a personalised diary and 2 Papier pens as a gift for Christmas. Despite the pens being faulty and there being some print issues with the diary, I felt I had to write a positive review as their customer service was second to none. I received a reply on the same day I sent my query (a Sunday!) from Steph and by the following week, my issues were resolved. Thank you Steph, Olivia and Joel for your exemplary customer service.”
