“I've very impressed with the customer service! I changed my mind about the cover text and Sian helped me cancel the order, gave me credit so I didn't have to pay again, then gave me step by step instruction of how to edit the text in the cancelled order without having to re-do the album. Great website, fantastic support! I'm looking forward to receiving the album. Thanks!”

“I adore this journal and use it every day. The paper is of high quality and is so functional. However, the new layout of the journal for 2021 is much much less easy to use than the layout for 2020. The note pages for the start of the month should be at the front of the book like previously. Apart from this, an amazing purchase. Definitely invest.”
