“I ordered this planner thinking it would start in July 2021 and be a regular planner. Instead it starts in August 2021 and is semester-based (assuming the user is a student). If I had realized that I would have probably gotten the Daily Planner since I don't need fields like "semester" or "class schedule." I find it weird that something so obviously geared towards students was not marked as such in the product description. https://www.papier.com/us/animal-kingdom-35681 Just some feedback to make the description more accurately match the product.”

“Amazing customer service! Wanted to edit an order after I'd placed it as guests had last minute dropped out of wedding, and even though the order had already been sent to the printers I was able to leave them a message and someone contacted me right away and offered me credit to reorder the item. Thank you so much!”

“Loved the quality of my wedding save the dates and everyone loved the design of them. Definitely be ordering the rest of my stationery from here. The only reason I would knock a star off is because I dk belive the price is quite steep. £80 for 20 invites with info cards. Other than that though it's brilliant.”

“There was some issue with the post office services, which kept delaying the arrival of my journals. After three weeks of emailing the postal office, I finally reached out to Papier, who not only responded immediately but also remade my journals and shipped it our again for no extra cost!! Within a week, I received my beautiful journals and am so happy with them. They are so beautiful and I love the productivity format! Will definitely be ordering more!!!”

Hi Amy - Thank you for your review, I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the diary! We developed our 2021 diaries in this way due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. I’m sad to hear this doesn’t work well for you, and if you feel unable to use this, please contact us on support@papier.com and we can assist you further with this!
