“I received a delivery of letterheads and cards with my new address earlier this year and I have sent a complaint to customer support on three occasions. each time I have received an email back to say I would be contacted within 8 hours but have heard absolutely nothing each time and this has been over four months now. The letterheads have my address at the top but someone else's at the bottom so are completely unusable.”

“Ordered some photos to be mounted in some hanging picture frame. It’s a shame for the price they don’t use glass in the frame. The wrong colour was sent for one of the frames but this was resolved very quickly by customer service and a new frame issued.”

Hi there - I am sorry for any disappointment caused here! We use a high quality perspex, rather than glass, as this is more durable and safe during transit and is far less like to break. I do apologise there was an issue regarding your frame colour, but am glad to hear one of my colleagues resolved this for you quickly :) Best wishes, Alicia

“The design and the quality of their products is incredible. It is already my third Dairy and I love them. The Papier Team is amazing and super reactive. I had an issue with the customized designed of my order and they kindly reprinted it for me. Reach out to the team on WhatsApp, they get back to me super quickly, with solutions. “Orders a photo book for Father’s Day. The book arrived empty without any images printed that I chose. They sent me a new one which never arrived! When they finally re sent it the book was still faulty and had no images in still!.”

Hi there - I am so sorry for the trouble here! This is most unusual indeed! I can only assume this may have had something to do with the internet outage which occurred the week of father's day.
