“beautiful planner, everything I expected”

“I absolutely love the quality of the paper, the font is beautiful and light. The only thing I wish was different and is not really highlighted in the product description, is how the monthly overview and the monthly goals are in a different place than the actual month itself. If the Month View and the Monthly goals & to-dos were just in front of each month instead, this diary would be perfect”

“Their cards are beautiful, but they don't deliver on time - allow months for delivery This company does not deliver on time. I made a card for my husband's anniversary in December 2020 and it arrived two weeks late. I thought I will give them another chance and ordered cards for my daughter's last day at Nursery in June 2021. I also paid £6 for express delivery to ensure that I get the cards on time. I did not get the cards on time and no notice form the company to let me know that the cards are late so I was left with no cards on the last day and no ability to make the new ones. The cards were not even despatched on the day that they were supposed to arrive so there is no excuse related to delivery.”

Sadly, due to unexpected circumstances, our printers suffered a slight delay and your order was not able to be shipped on the date it should have been. We are very sorry for this! I can see that my colleague issued a cancellation and full refund for the order, as this was not going to reach you on the expected date, in order for you to source a more local replacement. “Papier's customer service was brilliant! We placed a wedding order for a wedding sign, table plan, menus, place cards and table numbers. Papier have brilliant collections and the customer service through Alicia at Papier was amazing. Alicia helped us customize the design we wanted to make it absolutely perfect for us - we are so grateful. Considering we made a big order the delivery time was also very good! “I absolutely love my diary. It is beautiful to look at; the features are exactly what I need to organise my work days as well as my social arrangements; there is enough space in each day to fit in my meetings; and the attention to detail is excellent, such as the ribbon page marker, the monthly goals and to-do lists and the monthly box planners. So much thought has gone into it and I am a convert. I will buy my next diary from Papier as well. Thank you so much!”
