“I love beautiful notebooks, but Papier goes a step beyond what most designers do and has beautiful PAPER inside too. You can use any pen with it you like. The ink doesn’t bleed or sink through to the other side of the page. Highly recommend.”

“I loved the mini you and me coffee table book. I was concerned the pictures would come out blurry so I contacted a member of the team, and they were extremely helpful with crediting the amount back to me and allowing me to redo the entire order. The results were amazing! Clear images that give a really professional look.”

“I bought the Joy personalised academic diary last year and I was very pleased with it. I wanted to buy the same one, and personalise it the same way, but the design has changed and you can no longer edit the bottom text. It already says Papier in the back, so really there was no need for it. I was about to buy a new one for myself, and one for a friend. Unfortunately, this design change is a deal breaker for me and will now look in other brands.”

“Overall I’m not thrilled with my photobook. While the personalisation process was very easy and made the book look excellent when it came I was disappointed. I thought the front cover would be a little more sturdy and thicker however it was slightly bashed. I found the photo quality when printed not great even though they looked good in the online tool. I would say you can get much cheaper photo books for a fraction of the cost! Customer service offered me a new book due to the damage around the corners but I don’t think I’d purchase from Papier again!”

“I ordered a photo book for an 80th birthday. The quality of the book was poor, the photos were pixelated and there was a dent and black smudge on the front of the book. Insultingly I was offered 20% off instead of a refund. I will not be shopping on Papier again.”

“Wedding sign was absolutely beautiful and shipping was much faster than I anticipated! We were on an extremely tight time schedule and the sign made it on time!!! I will say there was some damage to part of the bottom of the sign but we didn’t have time to get it repaired/replaced so I didn’t report it and it wasn’t hugely distracting. Thank you Papier!”
