“I was a repeat customer and reordered the same exact planner from the year before. What they don’t tell you is that there are no longer two ribbons as placeholders/bookmarks in this planner. Unsure if this is just this planner or a change to all planners. They are still using photos that show two ribbons. To some this may not affect the outcome at all but for someone with a disability who purchased the planner specifically because of this, it’s rather disappointing. And turns out I couldn’t get a refund because I barely started using it and I ordered it ahead of time to prepare for my other planner running out. Just so disappointed that they would make a change and have photos that market the two ribbons still, so confusing for customers.”

“The design and quality is admirable and unique. The personalization was a fun touch and makes it stand out among other products. The only unexpected aspect of the purchase was that the notebooks are smaller than average college ruled.”

“Recently purchased a 2024-2025 academic planner in the Italian Summer design and the paper quality and binding is not the same as previous Papier products I have received. The paper is thin and rough, so I am having issues with ink bleeding through, ink transfer, and indents. The ink transferring to be almost completely legible on the previous page is most frustrating. Customer service was kind and informed me that they cannot always source paper from the same place which I understand, and I did receive a discount on the order for not being completely happy with it. However, this has made me cautious to purchase products in the future as it seems quality cannot be guaranteed across orders.”

“The planners are very cute and good quality. I just wish the set up was different, just kind of annoying to have to flip back and forth and would prefer the monthly goals and month weekly spread behind the monthly layout.”

“We used Papier for our wedding invites and used the custom design by uploading our own canva design… the quality turned out amazing! Every other site I uploaded to was blurry… our invites came quickly, well packaged and the quality is top tier. The paper is soft, thick and sturdy. The invites look and feel expensive but were actually affordable! I could not recommend papier enough and can’t wait to use them for many more invites, holiday cards, etc…”

“I love the designs that Papier offers, particularly for the planners. The planner I purchased (the Daydreaming undated daily planner) is very functional and well-laid out. My only qualm is that when I customized the front cover, I chose to align my text to the right; however, in the actual product, the text is so close to the right that it's basically hanging off the cover. This isn't a huge deal , but unfortunately it makes the text look awkward because there is no space between the edge of the planner and the text. This seems as though it would be a simple fix in the future (ie. just make sure there is a larger margin between the side of the notebook and the text, particularly when aligned to the right).”
