“Let me just say, I’m terrible with planners, but my sister and I are both on our second Papier one! I love that there are not only so many great design options, but also that you can choose the layout whether it be a whole year/half year, whatever you need! Great product, 10/10!”

“I love the aesthetics of my planner, I was disappointed that it's not a hard-back, its a bit flimsy considering the price, I think I would go to a physical shop in future to save money and get exactly what I'm looking for.”

“I am planning a wedding for September of 2025 and I was looking for samples and idas for invitations, thank you cards, etc. Papier sent a free customized sample inviation with the information I was able to put in to match the invitation to my wedding theme.”

“I placed an order for 2 journals and a planner. The hard cover journals were fine - cute covers and decent quality if a bit pricey. The spiral soft cover planner arrived damaged due to the very poor quality of the soft cover. When I emailed and noted this (with pictures) and asked to replace it with a hard cover version as the issue was in the quality of the actual soft cover, I was told I could either replace the poor quality item identically, or get 20% off a reorder in the hard cover. There was NO option for a refund on a damaged item of poor quality. With other, very high quality journal companies to choose from with much better customer service, I am mind boggled that they are unwilling to make the situation right. I will not be buying from them again. I do not feel valued as a customer.”
