“What a nightmare. I have made many photobooks over the years and this is by far the most clunky. You can’t even edit your photos. I was advised that the photos need to fit before downloading them! How ridiculous. Gave up after 4 hours and used a reputable company.”

“I absolutely love my planner. I have been looking for a planner that is not overwhelming with unnecessary pages, prompts and a good amount of space to write. This planner meets on my needs. The paper quality is great and I love that could my personalize my cover.”

“Really disappointed with the quality of the spiral bound books. I personalised 3 books for 3 different peoples birthdays. When they arrived, I was shocked to see that the front cover was really flimsy (not very thick gsm) and felt almost just a bit thicker than the paper inside the book. Also the back cover of all 3 books is cream, as opposed to keeping the pattern or colour the same on the back design, this made the notebook look a bit cheap. Finally, there was a small QR code printed on the inside of the front cover which again to makes the book feel messy/less professional. The only positive was that the printing quality was good/accurate colours to what you see online. One of the books which arrived had a bent corner, which after emailing customer services, Papier did kindly replace for me. For £20 per notebook (spent £60 altogether) I expected much better quality. I wouldn't purchase these spiral bound books again, and think the hardbacks might be more value for money?”

“I'm really pleased with my new diary, however I had a few issues receiving it. I was told by royal mail that the address was unreadable on the parcel so they were returning it to sender. I contacted Papier and they were really helpful and quick to send out another one, and assured me that the returned diary would be recycled properly. The original diary did end up actually making it to me after I had spoken to royal mail however all the pages were in the wrong order making it slightly useless as a diary. If I hadn't already got another one on the way I would have been more annoyed and had to organise another one. Thankfully the second diary seems fine. Really good costumer service but just slightly annoyed by the waste caused by a lack of attention to detail.”

“I live in France where our choice of quality cards is very limited compared to what is available in the UK and the US , so I use Papier for all my family abroard, they have a great selection, their pricing is good ( all my family members have said how they like my cards ) and they get their cards in time for their event. I highly recommend it.”

“I wish I would have done more research before buying. I got a bullet journal from Papier and the pages have bleeding and ghosting issues. I am using high-quality, no-bleed pens that never bled through/ ghosted on Erin Condren planners and notebooks. It is super clear to me that the paper quality at Erin Condren is significantly better than Papier. If you are planning on using anything other than a standard ballpoint pen or pencil, I do not recommend Papier at all. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I was super bummed. On the bright side, it was very fun customizing my cover and the book is really cute. It’s a shame I can’t use it how I wanted to. Wish I could return it but I think it’s too late”
