“I had an error in my order which was completely my mistake and papier customer support was amazing. I got a response at 9PM at night from a friendly helpful member of the team. They helped me resolve quickly at no extra cost and made me feel so relieved. I cannot recommend papier enough excellent quality products to boot!”

“I was having problems with a very old photo I had sent over to be used for a Birthday card. Melissa tirelessly helped me sort it out with patience and advice well into the lateness of the evening. All I say it was fantastic customer service.”

“I love my custom notecards. Nice weight of card stock but the envelopes do not match the cards and are a bit flimsy. Cards are an ecru color and envelopes are a gray/white.”

“I have got the dated planner and bullet jounral from Papier. I love them both and use them every day. The paper quality is very high. I wish that the bullet journal had two page markers - but it's perfect other than that. I love that you can personalise the stationery. Even the packaging that the notebooks arrive in is so cute, It would be wonderful if there were bundle offers.”
