“Had a papier academic planner last year and was very pleased with it, so I got a midyear one for this year, because I’m not in school any longer. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with this one and wouldn’t order again. The paper is thinner and feels cheap, all of the nonsense holidays (international day or happiness? World book day?) weren’t on my previous planner and use up space and doesn’t add anything, and the layout is bad but I don’t want to go back to the academic planner because it had a lot of extra stuff.”

“I’ve ordered two things from Papier. Wedding thank you cards which were lovely quality and a Father’s Day mini photobook which was awful quality. In future I’ll only order printed items that I can get a sample of first and won’t use Papier for photo books in future.”

“The mid year diary is lovely, although would be nicer with a fabric cover. The pens unfortunately are dry and don't work. The customer service was excellent and they sent me a new packet, but unfortunately they are also dry so I can't give a good review for the product.”

“I’ve always loved Papier, it was my go to for gift giving and I always got their planners and journals every year. However I was very disappointed with my purchase last month because I had paid $39.99 for the express shipping (which pushed me well over what I had intended to spend) for some gifts I had ordered and when it looked that they were behind schedule to arrive I emailed customer support. Customer support assured me that they would arrive in time and they did not. I had to leave for a trip with no gifts for people who were very much looking forward to receiving them. Was a very disappointing experience and discouraged me from purchasing from Papier again.”

“I’m very disappointed that the special card i designed and ordered arrived after the event- my daughter’s wedding!!! Its expected delivery date was 26 June in time for the wedding inn 29th June. It didn’t arrive till 1st JULY!!!! The photo book was of good quality although some photos were blurry- something that most digital photo book companies alert you to when you upload the photo. Not sure why Papier doesn’t have this filter alert? I would appreciate a full refund for this very poor service. This would restore my confidence in your company. Thanks.”

“The designs are beautiful! It was hard to choose the one I wanted. I love being able to see the pages before buying. Wish the planners were organized by month, though. I didn’t realize they’re grouped by page type when I made my purchase. I thought it was grouped that way online just as an example.”

“I ordered a personalised Guest Book for my wedding, on receipt of the guest book there was a slight misprint on the photograph of my Husband. With only 5 days to go before the wedding Papier were super helpful reprinted and posted with special delivery to ensure a perfect guest book was received prior to our special day. Can't fault the service and the second guest book was perfect.”

“Lovely notebook, but it arrived without the personalised gift card. Contacted customer services who responded quickly. I was informed that unfortunately they don't send gift cards separately so gave me a 10% refund. No personalised gift card made the gift less special. I won't order from this company again.”
