“Love the the notebooks! They are very pretty. I would recommend different waterproof packaging. My notebooks were delivered when it was raining and one of the notebooks got wet because the box and packing material are cardboard/paper based.”

“Wonderful notebooks, diaries, etc. and customer service. Had an issue with the delivery address and it was immediately resolved. One thing I’d like to see improved is the quality of the pens; the ink doesn’t flow (I’ve tried changing the refills). Otherwise amazing!”

“I love Papier! I’m a return buyer and, again, I love you guys. The only thing that bothered me with this planner is how there are holidays taking up most of the space in the calendar squares. I had to white out everything 🤣 Thanks again and I still love you guys!”

“Bought a customised photo album which was reasonably priced and the quality was absolutely amazing. Made a mistake on the order but Papier were very helpful in organising a new order at no extra expense which I'm truly grateful for. Couldn't have asked for a greater experience and I plan to be reusing my orders again in the near future!”
