This company is absolutely disgraceful at trying to solve issues when parcels are very delayed or lost. They offer minimal help and the last person I spoke with offered no empathy or help in trying to contact the courier company. Please, please beware, it is best to pay that little extra and deal with the courier company directly. I have used Parcel2go.com on many occasions and their customer service has not improved.

Parcel arrived far too late and staff are rude, payed for tracked and singned next day delivery it was collected by a my hermes driver on behalf of parcel to go on the 12/01/18 and didnt arrive till the 20/01/18 nearly cost me over £500 as the buyer wanted to pull and as the tv was on its way too Scotland i would have been down the item and the money plus postage. When i contacted parcel2go on live chat they were rude and dismisive, eventually with over 2 hours on chat with them they said that I would have to make a claim and wait 7 days, I then contacted My Hermes directly asking why the tracking details had'nt updated since the 13/01/18 they couldnt tell me and told me i would just have to wait, when i made a complaint the advisor just brushed it off and said can I help with anything else, i said "what do mean" inplying shes being rude and she just ended the chat. Save yourself the hassle pay a little bit more with a much more repitible company and have peace of mind

They lost my parcel, customer service useless and rude didn’t unhelpful still waitin for my parcel , having to make insurance claim, kept being fobbed of, DO NOT USE AVOID Like The PLAGUE, NEVER RECOMMEND

Awful Experience. Booked on a Monday, for collection on Tuesday, still hadn't been collected by Friday (4 Days Late), despite numerous online chats with P2G customer services. They honestly don't seem to be bothered in sorting out problems. Will book with the courier directly next time rather than use P2G

Rubbish service, paid over £25.00 for an international delivery. Courier never came to collect parcel, and when requested a refund from PARCEL2GO SCAMMERS, they rejected my request. SO I PAID over £25.00 for a service that I was not provided.

8 day delay in delivery on a £110 delivery to Hong Kong insured up to £1570, failure to communicate between client and courier. Unhappy customer = bad seller feedback = less customers = less deliveries for you. No compensation offered. Cheers,

i never received my parcel I try to contact them and they said that they have nothing to do with me and to contact the sender. I did that and the sender have said that I have reiceved the parcel and I sign for it. I said no as I was not in the house that evening. So I asked for a copy of my signature. The sender sent a copy of my signature and ofcource it was not mine. I contact the police about it as someone write letter by letter my surname! I Fw my signature to the sender from official papers (passport and driving licence) to give to parcel2go so they can compare. Sender said that parcel2go they will pay compensation Now he said that parcel2go they don't pay. My only way now is to take the sender to small claim court to recover the money from my expensive Motorbike parts The worst nightmare ever Plus cost me Hours of searching to replace the parts from my classic motorcycle, and even now after two months Im still looking as are very rare hundreds of pounds, and stress, Parcel2go my worst nightmare

Based on my last delivery to Portugal the couriers they use abroad are useless. However this is typical of most couriers here. If you provide a phone number and a map location then any capable delivery firm should be able to deal.

I was expecting a parcel sent by my family well before Christmas......it never arrived. They "lost" it. Tried calling them several times just cannot get through. In hold for well over an hour yesterday and their bolton number just rings and rings. Tonight it isn't even ringing so dont know whats happening? AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

BAD Service and No help from Customer support. Misleading advert for delivery in 4+ days they mean 16 days and have no idea where it is between day 2 and 16 so if it gets lost the trail will have gone cold and it will not be found

Cannot track a parcel that we need worked on by the company we were sending it to. 4 days contacting you and hours of my time wasted. Would have been cheaper and better to Drive from Ireland to UK and deliver myself

Lost parcel and then showed unbelievable incompetence after this - as if loosing a parcel isn't incompetent enough! Minimal compensation as they want you to insure against their inadequacies.

Useless. Sent parcel via 2 day service from England to Ireland using DPD Ireland. DPD couldn't get hold of mother-in-law via phone so just held onto the parcel. I sent an email to DPD after getting the 3rd delivery attempt email, which bounced back to me 2 weeks later, the Friday before Xmas. I then phoned them and it turned out that they didn't know where she lived. I got the requested Eircode (like a postcode) and sent it to them on 27/12. They said it would be delivered to MIL on 28/12/17. So the package turns up yesterday... AT MY WORK IN ENGLAND. DPD refuse to refund me as I booked it through Parcel2Go - Parcel2GO refused to refund me either. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU TO NOT USE THEM EITHER

Band of thieves especially subcontractor myhermes! My family sent parcel back in October, I've never received it. Tracking showed the driver collected but that was all. We listed mobile phone as one of the items...unfortunately we were too honest. We bought insurance cover but never received compensation as our documents are constantly rejected. You can't win. You can't call and talk to people. Very disappointing and distressing. Very dishonest company and poor customer service on the top of stealing your parcel! Will never use it again

They lost the parcel (containing Christmas presents) then despite a screen shot of their own system saying they collected the parcel they want proof of leaving it (it was a locker system so no receipt was issued). They want bank statements, a screen shot of a conversation with the intended recipient saying she didn't receive it. You pay for an insured tracked service but they refuse to accept responsibility and just use delaying tactics. No parcel no refund - do not use

SENDERS BEWARE Gave me the run around about tracking my parcel down for over a week. They lost the package and are refusing to compensate anything. The live chat folks were completely rude about the situation the entire time. DONT use this service, im telling you!

IF YOUR NOT FULLY INSURED (COSTING AN EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT) THEY WILL DELIBERATELY PREVENT YOU FROM MAKING A CLAIM/CONTACT WITH THE COURIER AND PROFIT FROM THE LOST/DAMAGED PARCEL COMPENSATION RECEIVED FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY. NO HELP/ EXPLANATION WILL BE GIVEN DETAILING THE SITUATION/LOCATION OF THE PACKAGE..JUST A VERY FAST PACED AUTOMATED SYSTEM WHICH ENCOURAGES YOU TO ACCEPT £20.. THIS OFFER IS CONTINUALLY PUSHED UPON YOU BY THEIR THEIR EMPLOYEES THEREFORE MINIMISING ANY ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND EFFECTIVELY LETS THEM OPERATE WITH IMPUNITY LEAVING YOU WITH ZERO OPTIONS. I ASKED TO SEE PROOF OF THE TRANSCRIPTS BETWEEN PARCEL2GO-MYHERMES..YEP YOU GUESSED IT THEY WANTED £10 TO SEND..SO MUCH FOR FREEDOM OF INFORMATION. MY ADVICE, JUST USE THE PARCEL2GO SITE TO FIND THE CHEAPEST COURIER FOR YOUR PARCEL BUT NEVER BOOK THE DELIVERY WITH THEM- MAKE A DELIVERY REQUEST DIRECTLY WITH THE COURIER!
