I am that incensed by the experience I had with this company I have taken a step I’ve never taken in my life before ... I need to damage them ....... Well if I could leave less than 1 star I would do . This review is not just opinion it is fact . I tried to book a delivery, filled in all the correct details without any omissions. I checked the details before proceeding to the payment page. When I clicked on continue it just kept sending me back to the beginning again. I tried doing the whole process again TWICE with the same result. As you are not able to speak to anybody the only option I had was to use the online chat . Yes they are under pressure so you have to have some patience. I joined the at 24 in the waiting list . 30 minutes later an advisor started chatting to me . A gap of maybe 5 my minutes in between ever Q & A. After telling me they didn’t know what the problem was even after looking in my basket remotely. Please hold while I connect you to another advisor I was told .... I WAS PUT TO THE BACK OF THE LINE AGAIN . I had to get this collection sorted out on that day so I had to persist. It was too late to get a drop off for a Saturday collection and I was told nobody collected Saturday . I could go on and on but let me get the end. 4 HOURS I spent with them with no satisfaction. I HAVE ALL THE FOUR, yes FOUR CHAT TRANSCRIPTS that would make anybody shake with anger. I eventually sorted out the entire thing direct with Hermes on line . Dropped off the 2 cartons Friday evening . Paid online . Labels came by e mail. Cartons COLLECTED BY HERMES SATURDAY despite parcels to go telling me Hermes didn’t collect on Saturday. Moral of the story . Do business with Parceltogo and your own risk and also I’m ashamed at myself for my perseverance but I was determined!! I have saved all the chat transcripts should I be doubted . UPDATE. Parcels to go responded to this review by asking to get in touch with me but as I did not have a booking reference number they could not contact me direct and so would I contact them ! It was clear to see from my review I didn’t get as far as getting a booking number which proves they did not even take the time to read my review fully ! I have tried to contact their customer support team but guess what ..... they do not provide a direct a mail link to that department !!!!!!! I would have to go through their online chat again and I would rather put nails in my eyes rather than use the online chat !! I sincerely hope whoever reads this heeds my warnings

for your own good do not use this company to send your things. 40 days have passed for a package from London to Greece. the tracking number has no progress since the 2 days of receipt. a market item with a savings of 2 years just lost it.

Would give a zero rating if permitted. Christmas presents and card sent - packaging ripped and one present removed. Package tapped up with 'Fragile' taping neither presents nor card fragile. Submitted a claim on 25th December - claim still pending??? and no way of contacting them by phone/email to check progress or make insurance claim. Should have read this page before using them - usually read reviews first!

Utter garbage, courier doesn't turn up and all P2G will do is advise you there's nothing they can do but rebook for another day. £50 for an item in the first place is a rip off, let alone wasting an entire day for a collection that doesn't happen. Avoid at all costs.

I'm still awaity a parcel that was sent on 4th December 2020. The collection courier pre-marked the item delayed before it got to the depot to be sorted and sent to me. According to the tracking, it is still at the depot. Im unable to enquire further as I was not the sender. Thankfully the sender sent another parcel wiia different courier, which i got in two days. I feel sorry for the sender who has lost out.

Parcel2Go is a shambles of a company. It is incredibly bureaucratic. It is impossible to actually talk to anyone in Customer Services. It is all done through emails and endless forms. And the time it takes for Parcel2Go to reply. The CEO is James Greenbury but customers will never see or hear from him. He must be just a cardboard cut out who must live like a hermit in the bowels of Parcel2Go premises. If you do spot him you get bonus points. He certainly doesn't reply to any emails.

I ordered a delivery via parcel2go for collection & delivery. The parcel contained Xmas gifts including a voucher (you needed to state contents on outside of parcel). I paid for insurance and extra to ensure delivery by certain date in December. Parcel was collected from me but never arrived. I started a claim in December & even though I am not claiming for the voucher as I managed to get Amazon to cancel it - I am claiming for other gifts & postage. They are making it very difficult & continuously ask for further information. They have now asked for proof it did not arrive (even though their system clearly shows it did not arrive!). So I have had to ask my relatives to write an email to confirm non-delivery. Ridiculous! They are obviously trying to get out of paying what went missing - I will never use them again!

Great with UK deliveries. Probably good with all deliveries when things go well but when things go wrong... woah! Sneakers got lost in the USA by Fed Ex in August. Its now mid January the next year and Im finally getting money now. I could have got it sooner but I was trying to find some common sense in their offer making. Problem is, it doesnt matter how much you insure it for, if it gets lost its how much you can prove. Which I wasnt expecting money for my time I spent working on the item but other materials. I could prove the sneakers but because I dont buy new paints every time i do a job obviously I couldnt prove my other costs. I remember when companies used to want to protect their good name. If Id seen the 14% reviews Id have guessed they didnt care. So for the sake of £35, which I would have used common sense and written off in previous jobs, P2G have decided to say F you and lost future business. Crazy. Avoid!!!!

We paid for door to door service but had to try ringing twice (and was cut off) to find where the parcel was in Qatar. We tried for two days to find where. Said they had tried to deliver but didn't and on 23rd December recipient of the parcel had to drive around to find the depot as there were no contact numbers and was told FIVE times that the parcel wasn't there. After 2 hours waiting, it was then discovered! It was found that someone had put a label on top of the other labels and had transposed the wrong phone number. Certainly not the service we paid for and with no way of trying to complain to them. We have wasted so much time.

Delivery reported on 31st Dec. Eventually delivered 5th Jan, but package damaged and contents broken. No reply to non-delivery report (via online form) as yet (7th Jan), and unable to update it. So using chat line as only apparent option. Long queue... Chat line asks for reference before starting but does not display it to chat agent. Agent has updated online form so I can submit a claim, but form is not convenient. So far, so bad. Other companies e-mail progress and also provide full details of courier so you can track directly if need be; not these people This was my first trial. There will not be another.

Just now I took them on and won I took them on and won. This is what you do. 4 day service took 5 weeks to arrive. 2 out of 8 boxes missing. P2G made zero attempt in trying to work with UPS to find them, left up to me to arrange. P2G didn’t even respond to 4 emails requesting a refund sent each week over 28 days. Sent all details to credit card company and got a charge back (full refund) of £1200. Always use a credit card, not debit card.

Ruined Christmas for family. Managed to destroy a parcel I had sent to family (as I wasn’t able to give in person). Amazon had managed to deliver the original gifts safely, to me. I had used the same packaging to send on, however P2G managed to smash all and then refused to payout on their insurance. Read their list of excluded items for insurance - it pretty much covers everything. No point in sending stuff via them - they don’t take care of your parcels

Super disappointed from this company and the lack of customer service. I booked a pick up and delivery of 4 parcels to Italy on the 15th December. I paid for a 7 days delivery hoping at least to have them delivered before the end of the year due Covid-19 I can understand some delays might incur. However, I didn't have any information or any updates form the company regarding the status of my boxes until I have started to write complains online. Currently, the status of the parcels is that one of them is blocked in Florence since 30th Dec and I learned this only yesterday. 2 have been delivered just yesterday (since the 15th dec) and one has been lost with no information at all (P2G82765504). The company keep sending me useless apologetic emails but without any results and I am very frustrated for the whole situation. I definitely will never use the service again!

They've lost so many packages of mine and a month in, still haven't supplied a reason. I'm a small business owner and have already dealt with them breaking 2 packages and providing compensation. Will not be using again!

Terrible company, I paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery, ten days later and the parcel has still not been delivered but they are denying it is lost so refuse any refunds. According to them it is on the warehouse yet they cannot tell me when it will be delivered or even prove they still have it. Appalling. Two parcels I have sent with them for next day delivery, neither arrived, never again.

I posted a parcel on the 7.12.2020 and my buyer did not receive it. The communication with Parcel2Go was poor. It took them 2weeks before they responded to my enquiry, they can’t be reached by telephone. Eventually they acknowledged they had lost the parcel but still asked for proof of postage and proof of purchase which was difficult to obtain as the item was purchased 12 months earlier and only £64.00. They then provided me with a deadline of 25.12.20 which I adhered to only to be informed today they were not honouring my claim for a parcel they have lost.

Lost my parcel don’t care . Show off their profits at the expense of customers . In fact I’m a victim of crime but you can’t make them hear . They don’t want to know .
