I've tried so hard to make this work as it's a very convenient way of sending parcels, But the truth of the matter is they can't be trusted, They to often lose parcels and want to take no responsibility for it, leaving you out of pocket every time. I will not be using them again and i advise everyone to look at their Facebook page before they use them. They have become unfit for purpose.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID... if your parcel fails to reach its destination you are expected to jump through hoops to get compensation and there is never a human to speak to. Deal directly with the shipper and avoid Parcels2Go IT IS NOT EASY WHEN IT GOES WRONG!!!

This has to be the most ridiculous company that I have come across. BE WARNED : anyone who is sending a gift for Christmas or Birthday etc. using this company please note that Parcel2Go will let that person know immediately what gift they’ll be receiving. I did ask them why they saw fit, within minutes of my booking my parcels with them, to send the parcel specifications and contents of the Christmas presents to the recipients. Other companies communicate that they have a parcel for you – not the specifics. The customer service operative on the chat line apologised but did point out that if a customer requests information as to the contents of the parcels they must, by law, communicate this to them. The recipients did not ask for this and were unaware that I was posting presents to them so this was irrelevant. My parcels were collected as organised and arrived quickly and safely but this was down to the Courier (Hermes) – not to Parcel2Go as they are an intermediary. I do understand that they get the blame for missing parcels, which must be down to the Couriers though collection failure could be down to either parties – failure by Parcel2Go to communicate efficiently with the Couriers or the Couriers being at fault. However, this time it was most definitely Parcel2Go that I have issue with. Don’t trust them with your present surprises – they will ensure that they’re no longer surprises!

Sent 2 metal figurines. Well packed. They arrived smashed. Tried to claim and was given a huge list of things not covered. Virtually everything. Only covered if lost. Would never ever use them again.

I have used the company a few times, 3 times they have lost my parcel, the last one, last week is the final straw...never again. They are hard to contact, can't speak only chat. took an hour and 3 different people, I was begging them to look for my parcel. Ending in a big fat no!! Not interested and couldn't give a damm. Said they would pay 70£ comp, even though I insured for 80£ and had receipts. After I investigated with the company I was sending too, looking through their camera to see the courier never dropped my parcel off. The courier sends a message with copy of HIS signature. The company are very unhelpful. Bunch of thieves...avoid avoid avoid !

I can thoroughly recommend anyone wanting to post a parcel to AVOID this company. In the event your package does go missing they are about as helpful as the emperors new clothes where at covering him up. It doesn't seem to matter to them whether you've paid for extra compensation, delivery guarantee or any of the other fancy "We're going to con you out of more money to send your parcel" options they provide. They simply carry on stating it's going to take longer to resolve your claim. Parcel only went missing on the 17th November, of course it takes this long to resolve what should have been a next day delivery guarantee! So, folks avoid this company, go direct, go to another parcel guru type service, just whatever you do, don't give this joke of a company with quite possibly the worst customer service going, your money!

My parcel booked on Parcel2go website and sent through Hermes, was open, the content stolen, then re-sealed and delivered. I complained to Parcel2go and Hermes. Hermes blamed the receptionist at the delivery address. The receptionist and the recipient blamed Hermes. The matter of fact is that I was deprived of an item worth £47.50, Hermes referred me to their business associates, the recipient and the receptionist washed their hands off it. So I searched online: "Hermes stolen content" and found that by pure coincidence, many people are in my same situation. I trust that the poor guys at Hermes are the victims of a conspiracy by customers. Parcel2go sided with Hermes and washed their hand off this criminal act. I reported the matter to the Metropolitan Constabulary and so should you if your parcel is stolen. Anyhow, post office is only 30p more for a parcel, so I will use them from now on to avoid being part of the conspiracy. In any case, poor response from Parcel2go and Hermes.

Avoid -P2G won't help if a problem arises. Courier won't speak to you directly if you booked through P2G Paid for next day delivery, 2 days later its not arrived. Tracking says wait another 48 hours P2G won't help and courier won't speak to me as I booked thru P2G. Spent over an hour on live chat and still no help from P2G they don't even allow you to complain.

Do not touch this company !! Printed my address label for a parcel to Ireland . I have used the same address many times before with zero issues . When I kept checking the parcel was in transit. Then it said it had been delivered . When I spoke to the recipient it had not. Another week and they said ‘sorry we have no idea where your parcel is’ !! Then I was told yay we have found it and it’s been delivered. Still never arrived . When I got I touch I was told it was being returned to me and could take 6-9 weeks. No reason why! After time it arrived back with me flattened but items not damaged . Then I tried to get a refund and was told it did not have a postcode or correct district. Totally wrong . I have spent hours fighting with zero luck. You can’t ring them either . Do not use them at all . Terrible company and service

Appalling company. Parcel2Go. Company2Avoid. Promised delivery ,missed. And missed again. Meanwhile, there is no information supplied by the tracking number other than 'Due to operating conditions, your delivery is delayed.' Meaning sitting somewhere in a warehouse unlikely to ever be delivered. Impossible to contact this company other than via website round-about. Just to be clear, unless you want more stress in your lives AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

I would leave a zero feedback if I could. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. Everything is ok until things go wrong in this case everything went wrong and I am still fighting 2 months later. I sent a parcel with them via DHL, I received an email from my customer stating he had not received it. Looking on the DHL tracking it showed a picture of a parcel just left on a doorstep with a house with a blue door in full view of the street despite me paying extra for a signature & insurance. DHL told me and emailed me that the parcel had been delivered and they had a signature and they were talking to the driver about procedures but to deal with Parcels to go direct as I had booked it with them. The picture then disappeared from DHL website. I thankfully did a screen shot and sent it to my customer and he said that was in fact not his house and sent a picture of his house which is completely different a large white house with a white door!! Parcels to go agreed to a claim & despite me sending everything they asked for over 3 week period including a screen shot of the sale, evidence of value, my customers proof of identity!! (thankfully my customer agreed to sending his driving licence with important bits blanked out) my proof of purchase, pictures showing that it was the wrong house etc etc, they closed the case saying it was prohibited items and would not have been insured. I checked the list & in fact Tableware is insured for loss!! My customer in the meantime looked on google street map and found the house in the picture. My customers house number was 453 and the parcel had been left on the doorstep of 353!! the woman who lived in the house said she worked 12 hour shifts & anyone could have taken it. Despite many online chats to their customer services (You cannot call as there is no phone number) I finally got an email to email them direct. They agreed to reopen the case because of the information I supplied and have agreed to pay me £12.50 plus £8.00 credit note on the postage...!!!! I paid to insure these plates at sale value of £110 despite the value being £250 so to offer £12.50 is an absolute insult... the DHL driver clearly left the parcel at the wrong house & then signed for it himself. I have yet to see any signature or receive any apology from either DHL or Parcels to Go. I paid for a service that I did not receive and have proof that this was left at another house but they still will not cover the full insured value of the loss claim. I have emailed them outlining everything and providing proof of negligence and advising them of pending legal action. There are so many errors with the service I received and the proof is there for all to see but they choose to try to fob me off with a £12.50 settlement. I feel so strongly about this that I have no option but to take this to the small claims court. Shame on you Parcels To Go..the service I received was shambolic. UPDATE I received a reply to my review below from Parcel To Go...how can they say these are prohibited? these items are part of a dinner set & are therefore covered for loss according to your list. Here is a copy of that list from your site..dreadful that you charge people for insurance and then try everything not to pay even when you leave parcels on someones doorstep 50 houses away!!! with all due respect Steph, I have been emailing/on line chats/updating the claim information you have been requesting since 27th October and I am no further forward than the day I started. You as a company should be contacting me to resolve this fairly & honestly and not try to do all you can to not pay the claim. You & DHL are at fault I have not been given the service I paid for. This is the fastest response I have had since this started. Items Protected For Loss Only: The services provided to us by the couriers will send the following items, however, they will not protect for any damage. If the item is lost within their network they will refund the cost of the carriage and the items value (Parcel protection must be taken out for any loss to be claimed). Antiques, Items Over 100 Years Old. Bicycle Coffee Machine, Coffee Grinder, Coffee Roaster Cycles, Bicycles, Unicycles, Tricycles. Dinner Sets

My contract with Parcel2go to arrange deliver of my parcel was placed on the 30 October 2020. My Parcel should have arrived its destination 3 November. Making a complaint is hidden within the website Live Chat, keeps you hanging. When you are eventually connected, the call handlers are at the same time dealing with other customers, more waiting between texts. As of 7 November 2020. Parcel2go, say they have located my parcel and concluded the complaint as resolved. Parcel2go stop short of saying when the parcel will be delivered Therefore not resolved. As of 11 November, Parcel2go confirmed my parcel is still at the Hermes Depot and would chase them for delivery date and get back to me, i still haven't heard back from them. Finally they said my parcel was damaged and will be returned to me Today, Friday 13 November I'm now told my parcel is now lost! Which is it, damaged or lost? I paid extra for the insurance cover. only to discover their is no 3rd party Insurance Company it seems to make an claim against. 18 November, I haven’t received an update from Parcel2go. 23 November, i still haven't received an update from Parcel2go. I have emailed their CEO James Greenbury i haven't received any acknowledgement or reply from him either. To clarify, there is no 3rd party Insurance Company protecting my parcel. 2 December 2020. Parcel2go or Hermes can't tell me if my parcel its lost or broken. This being their justification not to do anything. I will be seeking legal recourse against Parcel2go and its CEO James Greenbury

DO NOT USE! - Dealing with Parcel2Go has caused me well over £500 in losses + something like 10 hours effort trying to communicate with them. They are deceitful! It has been hell dealing with the from start to finish. Please, please, please if you are reading this avoid them at all costs! I have had absolute nightmares from start to finish. Across maybe 30 interactions with thm they have told me the truth maybe once. Finally after waiting weeks to receive my items (I paid for next day delivery!) It turns up in the wrong country. Then when it finally gets to where it needs to be items are damaged. I paid a lot of money to insure my items through them. Somehow despite sending them in the manufacturers original packaging they have decided not to reimburse me for these damages.
