Parcel didnt arrived on time. DPD is telling me I should blame P2G and they saying there is no blame lol Parcel should have been collected on 26th and delivered on 28th - never happened as dpd never came. Next day collection came to the wrong door, so 15min before closing depot I went to drop off 12x boxes 30kg each to the depot! Embarrassing for both companies I believe. I have waisted between 4 and 5 hours on the telephone, waisted money on petrol, waisted a days off from work and had to pay someone for carrying boxes for me! I have paid extra for delivery guaranty and I cant get refund! Been disconnected from live help team a few times, the only what they offered is 20 pound as a good gesture?!! I have been informed that I am not entitled for refund as the delivery time moves forward when the collection date moves forward? It was about delivering date and not collection date so this shouldn't be my problem, I am not the one who is in charging over there. Both companies should take a blame. I have struggled even to receive the contact details just so I could take it further! Shame shame! As I can see I am not the only one who lost a lot by using both services?! Now I know myself why P2G and DPD is having such a bad reputation!!!!

The collection did not happen on time and it was on a friday and had no way to reschedule. I was literally trying to bring all my stuff down to London as I had moved out. Made my partner cancel a shift to wait for the damn collection and it just didn't happen. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. They didn't even call to inform me that the collection won't take place any longer.

Disgusting company!!! Forced me to take two days off work to wait for an extremely important delivery!!!! Was home on the 26th, noone showed however the UPS driver put a note saying he would try again tomorrow???? Forced to take the day off and waited till 5pm with no word. Tried to contact parcel2go and absolutely no contact method possible at all how f* disgusting for a company! UPS dose in fact have a contact number (shocking I bet parcel2go are thinking) and their customer service rep said its been out for delivery but now been taken back to the depo at 5pm WTF??!! Two f* failed attempts and no way of contacting them, absolutely f* disgusting!! Never again mickey mouse C*s

Its the customer service team - they're where the problem lies. Uncaring, rude, inefficient and frequently bare face liars. Staggering just how little they seem to understand the workings of couriers when they work in this environment daily I frequently recommended their website to our customers to send equipment into us for repairs - never again, not until major changes have taken place in their service teams mentality

This is a rubbish company. They have lost 3 of my parcels, worth £500 al together, and they not gonna give any compensation. Avoid!!!

Parcel was not collected, could not rebook via the website. I had to contact. She offered to rebook for me but could not guarantee a collection. Terribler service. Time will tell whether they fail to collect again.

Awful company, more expensive than booking directly with a courier, awful after sales service, overseas call centre that takes days or weeks to get back to you. They also lost my parcel but wont compensate me at all, it was worth £120 and I paid extra for insurance. Absolute gutter of a company!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I paid for a parcel to be sent back to Amazon and nearly a month later it still hasn't been delivered or found. I have had emails saying it was found but it wasn't. The live chat people were supposed to escalate the case but didn't. Appalling service and company.

A parcel booked on 3 - 4 days delivery to USA was actually delivered 56 days later. Over 4 hours wasted trying to get sense out of their live chat people and the couriers. Once they had their money they didn't care. Umpteen emails promised with updates and it only happened once. I would not use them again if they offered me free delivery. They do not even deserve 1 star. Avoid like the plague.

This company is awful !! Did not collect a package and when I finally got through to them on live chat I was told they did not guarantee collection even if I paid for it !!! What am I paying for? Do they have any concept of customer service? They finally agreed to refund but then did not repay the full amount. Do not use this service at any price, go direct to the shippers

Awful company. Do not use! Sold an item on eBay and it arrived badly damaged by them. Buyer is heavily pregnant and this was a baby item. Paid extra for insurance but they are still refusing to refund me. Having to get financial ombudsman involved involved. No phone number and website crashes so you can't upload items to support the claim. Terrible con artists!

Awful service. Paid for 48 hour delivery on the Sunday. Item delivered to post office for collection on Monday morning. Website showed the parcel as delivered on the Wednesday. I contacted them via their "Live Chat" to be told that my package was out for delivery today by 17:30. Come 17:30, no parcel. So contact them a second time, only to be told that it was at their hub, to be delivered tomorrow (Friday) or Monday at the latest! So three different stories from three different points of reference. To make matters worse, I paid for 48 hour delivery. Their definition of 48 hours does not coincide with mine. Good job I took out the guaranteed insurance. Won't use them again... Gggrrr

AVOID - there is a reason why they are cheap. They are in effect a broker and therefore cannot stand-by their contractual commitments. DO NOT use their guarantee delivery esp. for international deliveries - not worth the paper it is written on. You can only expedite any failed deliveries/attempted deliveries or delivery issues with Parcel2Go and not the actual carrier. Only way to contact in an issue is via Live Chat which is a highly unsatisfactory method of customer care. Just pay that bit more and go direct to the carrier having used Parcel2Go as a guide to the cheapest. DO NOT give this company your money

Terrible experience as a new customer with Parcel2go. I was sending a guitar a buyer in the USA. I sent it with full CITES documents - it needed these as the fingerboard was Indian rosewood - only for it to be stranded at Stansted for 7 days. That was when I was informed they had lost the green part of the CITES certificate and were unable to send the package to the recipient in the USA. I could not supply a replacement, my only copy went with the package. I subsequently found out that the green part would have been retained by UK Customs and returned to the Animal and Plant Health Agency, the issuing UK authority of CITES certificates, for their records. I sent several e-mails to Parcel2go arguing this point only for them to refuse both to answer and send the package to the USA. After another 7 days the package was delivered back to me without any parts of the CITES document. Dreadful, disrespectful and negligent service, will never use again.

I took out insurance with the courier and the item was damaged on delivery. I made a claim and apparently it wasn't covered. If you see the list literally nothing is covered so it's a waste of money. Anyway parcel2go offered me a refund of the delivery cost so i entered my bank details for a refund and they closed the case and gave no refund!! Theres no way of contacting them either!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I paid for a guaranteed delivery to the USA and, 2 days after the guaranteed delivery date, it had still not delivered and there was no reasonable reason as to why. I contacted Parcels2Go via their online chat service (via mobile phone and at the airport with poor signal as it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact via phone) and they casually advised that it would be delivered in the next few days. Considering this was a timed service for an exhibition, that attitude was very casual and 'it is what it is'. I had no choice but to accept this and hope for the best Skip forward a few weeks and the parcel has still not delivered, and no reason/excuse can be given. I contacted parcels2go to complain and get a refund, to which they advised it was a documentation issue and the parcel was with them and being returned to me. However, what they did not know is that a couple of days after my parcel shipped, I received a call from a UK-based (not even the correct country) advising that they had received my parcel by mistake. Even after speaking to the UK company just before Parcels2go again to confirm they were still in possession of my parcel, Parcels2Go insisted that they have my parcel and it was being returned to me via their system, which is a blatant lie told to me numerous times by numerous agents. I ended up having to contact the UK company myself to arrange a return. Not only was I lied to many times about the status of my parcel, I found it extremely insulting that they inferred each and every time that it was due to my error and no commercial invoices were attached. Not surprisingly the parcel was returned to me with all of the correct documentation still attached as it hadn't even left the country, despite them telling me it had been to the US and returned. My customer ended up cancelling a customised and bespoke order as it was needed for exhibition only, and although after a while Parcels2go agreed to refund the shipping cost, they absolutely refused to acknowledge any kind of responsibility regarding the lost/incorrectly delivered order and the subsequent cancellation by my customer, so I am now significantly out of pocket as a result. My last statement shows that I have spent £400 with Parcels2go in the last month alone, yet they will not even give me a £10 credit to my account to say sorry for their huge error. I will never use these guys again as they are deceitful, rude, and their customer service policies/communication methods are ridiculously archaic.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I requested a refund of £45 on 30/08 and sent them all the relevant documents. Contacted them via chat several times to chase it. They rejected my claim on 15/09 as they said they have had no contact from me? I would advise everyone not to use them. They offer extra cover to get your money back if not delivered but they don’t refund or contact you. Scam company!
