I have been waiting 4 days at home waiting for my parcels to be delivered at my address in Barcelona, which meant that i had to take days off from work to wait for the delivery to happen. The company couldn't locate my address and made false statements saying they tried to deliver the parcels but i was not at my home address! The Parcel2go customer service has been poor and unreliable. Not friendly and dismissive! I would not recommend this service to anyone!

I arranged a delivery on the 22/05/2018 - its the 13/07/2018 and the parcel still has not been delivered. My claim was rejected because they said they located the package... yet still nothing!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES

paid for next day delivery (which is more expensive) and they didn't even collect it. after a number of phone call which you could not get through on ,managed to speak to somebody on a chat line who was not bothered only wanted to make a new delivery pick up date .would not use them again.

This is a pathetic thieving company!! They do not except liability when damaging your goods. I am now starting legal proceedings

They turn you off if have a big complain. Especially Zina there. They won't send you a chat script. Poor maners and English too.

Parcel was collected on 25/6/18 as of today 9/7/18 still not delivered parcel is live plants surely this is the worst service possible suggest customers go to a proper parcel co

another item which was very well packed arrived smashed to pieces, WARNING - Look at their list of uninsured items, it covers almost everything you can imagine so not a hope in hell of compensation from them, they deserve to go bust!!! Still asks to pay extra for insurance when booking but loom at the exclusions- hundreds!!! morally bankrupt company

Parcel cost £15 for next day ,tracking it says been stuck in a depot for 24 hrs ,poor tracking info and you don't get the service you pay for best go for the cheapest option I used UPS very disappointed so will the customer.

My son booked a collection with dpd via Parcel2go but as he was in the middle of exams, I offered to wait for courier. Was told it could be anytime from 9am to 5pm next day. No one turned up and when we contacted Parcel2go we were told to re-book for following day. Again waited and again no courier. This happened 3 times. Eventually, I asked if we could drop it off at the local deport as it was too big for local drop off point. Was told will have to change courier to TNT and that it would be more than double the price and that I would have to pay the difference. Considering I wasted 3 days waiting for a collection that never happened I feel it is not unreasonable that Parcel2go should bear the price difference themselves. Moreover, Lewis from Live Chat was abrupt and rude. My entire family have used Parcel2go for all our deliveries in the past and it works well when you can drop the item off. In fact I liked it so much that I invested in the company when were crowdfunding. However I would seriously reconsider if it is a collection service you are after. They do not offer you an hour slot and their tracking is a joke. They can certainly do better in this case.

A truly terrible experience. They recommended a courier for my needs who then turned out to be utterly inept at picking up a parcel on any given day. After complaining to said courier a number of times they agreed to a discount, however this couldn't be applied because it was booked through Parcel2Go. P2G then refused to acknowledge their part in the issue and would not entertain a discount whilst simultaneously being rude and dismissive. AVOID.

God help you if you need any kind of support ! God help you if you need any kind of customer support ! What would be a five minute telephone conversation takes over an hour with their pathetic attempt at "Live Help", (if you can find it !) They spun out my claims for over two months and completely fobbed me off with repeated requests for documents (which had already been provided btw) and they'll do this until you eventually just give up. BE WARNED... any worse and this would literally be a scam !

I recently sent a parcel worth £60 through parcel2go.com via Hermes couriers. The parcel was collected quickly with no problems. A few days later the parcel was showing as delivered to a safe place which i thought was strange as the address was a business address and the customer was there all day everyday awaiting delivery of this parcel but the parcel was delivered to a safe place by the courier driver. No note was left and no details were put on to the tracking to say where it had been left. I contacted Parcel2go.com straight away and they said they would speak to hermes and they also opened a claims investigation that they said would take 7 to 14 days which was a bit much too long of a timescale just to ask a delivery driver where he had left a parcel on his route. I contacted parcel2go.com a few days later but was told to wait for an email response. A few days later again i contacted parcel2go.com via live chat as this is their only option of contact and i initially spoke to a customer service rep that couldnt help me and put me through to someone else that was completely inconsiderate of the situation and said i would have to wait for an email response after the investigation had been concluded and cut me off. I was spending £500-£600 perweek with parcel2go.com but i will not be using them ever again. Their whole claims and contact system is so slow. The questions i was asking could not be answered, i mean how hard is it for parcel2go to call hermes and ask them to speak to the driver. Their customer service is completely useless and they only stick to their rules and ways of doing things so if your parcel for some reason has no tracking update, has been delivered somewhere no one knows or goes missing then it is gone forever and you will get no help from the parcel2go.com team. I could also write about the overcharge situation with hermes and the fact parcels are collected but can't be delivered and the underpaying slow laborious claims process also but i have not go the time... Unfortunately i have had enough of their way of doing things so i will not be using them ever again. Not just due to this 1 incident but to complete whole service they provide is the biggest pile off poo and i would steer clear of them unless you don't care about the items you send out.

Useless, waited in all day and when log in to their system to see 'no one home, card left'. No card was left and no one tried to collect! Then when you try and find out any information they say they cannot call the drivers (as not their company).. Total and utter waste of time, steer clear and book direct with the parcel services...

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful! They don’t deliver! They can’t talk to the courier . You can’t talk to them. You have to do those awful livechats where nothing is resolved. Unreliable and quite frankly, not at all bothered by their poor service!

Got an email stating my parcel was heavier than the weight that i had declared. I declared 0.98kg and when the courier collected the parcel from the parcel shop, he said the parcel was 1.5kg. I had taken a photo to prove the weight so they couldn't charge me. However this is the 4th of 5th time this has happened to me now so i would strongly advise taking a photo of the parcel, with label attached on the scales or this will, at some point happen to you!
