I wish I could give no stars. My parcel to our daughter in Southern Spain posted on 11thJanuary, correctly labelled and photographed etc. P2Go lost the parcel 7 times in total. Over 2 months later now it is still lost apparantly being returned. At one point blamed Spanish Customs then a few days later said it was because Hermes looking to ship out of U.K. Then said it was delivered twice and made her search around neighbours, but decided it was undeliverable as no POD provided by local courier in Spain. (So why did they ask her to check with neighbours) Offered money back then renaded saying they had tried to deliver (A lie) then stating my claim lay outside the 30 days allowed according to their terms and conditions. Now with Resolver and I will take to small claims court Head Office Ignored my formal letter of complaint which I have proof of signed for on delivery. P2Go say that they are returning package to me as undeliverable, so why did they make our daughter search around her neighbours for the delivered package? The gift is no longer fit for purpose (clothes too small for our grandson after 3 months if and only if returned which is doubtful) I doubt that I will ever see that package again. The customer service is an online chat if your lucky might only take 15 to 20 minutes to get through, and every time your parcel is lost and you make a claim, miraculously two days later they tell you 'good news' your parcel is tracking again, repeatedly to manipulate you out of the 30 day claim period. I think the business model algorithm having read so many P2Go complaints on P2Go Victims on FB pages, means that this could be tantamount to fraudulant activity and should be investigated as such. I will never use this company again. Delivery not applicable as never happened.

I booked for collection 4 times, but never turned up. I do not understand the company does not want business.

I arrange for a small gift parcel to go to Germany from the uk. My relative in Germany was asked to pay 17 euro to receive the parcel by customs. If not the parcel would be destroyed or returned and i would be liable for any costs involved in that. If Parcel to go had advised me that a custom charge was possible i would not have bothered sending the gift. This is very poor service and i would not recommend anyone using this company as i definitely wont in the future

I sent a package with TV set-top boxes that were rented from a company providing a satellite signal. The courier did not deliver the package and the process of returning the package to the sender has started. I would like to remind you that the package was sent at the end of November. The last message that the package has been found and is coming back to me on 5th December. In February, information from the package is lost and I have to start the claim process. The company charged me over £ 300 for set-top boxes and I had to pay. However, the claim is still pending because the company wants more documents. I fight for the amount insured for parcels £ 25. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, they are intermediaries. I do not recommend this company, it looks better when using courier companies directly. Avoid them away.

What happens when you mix P2G and Hermes together, two of the least favourite delivery companies, I recently paid a premium fee for what I believed would be a guaranteed parcel delivery. Unfortunately that was the case and managed to completely break off a door to a brand new fridge, dispite three layers of materials including the original box. Forget the claims unless you have photographic evidence that Mi5 would be proud of.

you won't regret it!! Simple !! you need help!! what utter bull!! THAT'S WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE!! I regret using this service you should too!!! no help from customer service my courier did not pick up my package not once but three times- Yes they do not guarantee a service however shouldn't you at least email your courier to ask what's going on!! it's in your obligations in there T& Cs -- what I got from their customer service is that you will provide a service take our money but won't follow up if there is a problem- Also in their t's and C;s ... What is the purpose of using this service again?

Over three months still not delivered package. Then write to tell me they found it after sending it back to sender. 3 months. No reimbursement. No customer service. Noone to contact. Twitter support a joke. Just interested in closing but no service. Informed me that there are no regulators for courier service. You have no support. Online support means automation and at best over 50 waiting. Yes over 50 waiting customers. They won't deliver but take your money. Use them at your peril. I have warned you!!

What a terrible service. Waiting in all day for the delivery to receive an email to say they attempted delivery spoke to customer service. Total waste of time. I would never use these at any time

I needed to send a large parcel that was too big for drop off and needed to be collected. The parcel should have been collected on tuesday the 12th. The courier did not turn up so I rebboked for the wed the 13th, courier did not turn up so re booked for thur the 14th, again did not turn up, now re booked fro Fri the 15th, still no courier. You cant speak to parcel to go, only acess is via live chat and all you get is a standard answer sayng sorry all we can do is re book. Absolutly terrible service, would not recommend to my worst enemy

My item was picked up 27th of October 2020, it was not delivered. After 3months, I was told they found but I still haven't received it. No refund, I was told I couldn't get a claim for it. How irresponsible can a company be?! 5months???

Absolute joke, I went through there insurance , simply put do not use these clowns, they charge you for insurance, but will not honor it, had a shower screen delivered, I have picture of the package in excellent condition before hitting the UPS system then it get delivered and the UPS driver says sometime packages get damaged in transit. box was chewed up, massive compaction damage, glass item not covered, the glass was fine but corner plastic smashed in . my point here as they sold me insurance with me declaring what was in the parcel I am going to take them to court, be warned do not use, i use interpacel insted!

I encourage anyone who has had their claims rejected to write to watchdog. This company is a cowboy company. The prices are not as listed. They add extra fees and the vat changes each parcel even if it costs the same. They delivery drivers are disrespectful and treat fragile parcels disgracefully. I send around 15 parcels a week. Every week i am complaining to company aviut 1 or 2 parecla. Every week! The delivery drivers seem like they are deliberately kicking and stamping on parcels. The company bombard you with adding protection and a whole other fees and basically tell you your parcel will not be protected if you do not add the extra £2 protection fee. Then when the company destroy your parcel they find every excuse not to pay. Stay away Do not use. They are smart. They treat your first couple of orders perfectly so you are sucked in. The minute (honeymoon period) is over they show you the real advice they provide. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT CHEAPER OR BETTER

My daughter sent us a parcel UK to Spain after weeks of incoherent garbage on their tracking link, suddenly it said “Unrecognised’ tracking number. All efforts to contact Parcel2Go have failed. They do not reply and there is no one to speak to. Can only say read their Facebook page before you use this company, there are hundreds of people just like me!!!!!!

i would give no stars if i were able. absolutely appalling service. they lost my parcel , id had it insured for the full amount but have so far been chasing for 3 months to get the refund of a LOT of money. you get lied to over the live chat and no one ever gets back to you. every time im told something different. its an absolute wild goose chase. dont waste your time

If I could review less than 1 star I would. They are a joke. I have orders dating back to December 2020 not delivered, no refund, no claims open, excuses excuses. I'd say avoid at all costs as a business they have coat me thousands and made me look terrible.
