Do not use this company! I paid a lot of money to return a shower screen that was packaged exactly the same way that I received it. Do not pay extra for their cover. The Company UPS refused to compensate for breaking and disposing of my package and did not show any proof that they did what they said. Will never use them again and have not only lost over £250 for the shower screen but paid the postage (nearly £40) to send it. This company should not be used by anyone and I did not even want to leave one star.

Sent a parcel to France on 26th February and was given a delivery date of 2nd March this year. The parcel has not been delivered yet and is apparently stuck in Paris Roissy International Airport for "Customs checks". Contacted Parcel Compare and they do not offer to help at all. Awful Customer service!! I was told to ask the recipient in France to contact Roissy, for her to describe what is inside the parcel! It was a surprise parcel so gutted that she had to do this! When she called Roissy she had to give some customs codes that I had already supplied. Apparently, she should never have called herself but ParcelCompare should have done the chasing!! Also they said that they should not give delivery dates of 5 days to France and it takes longer than this. So many emails to their rubbish customer services reps later, and still the parcel is not delivered and still ParcelCompare does NOTHING!! Looking at official complaint now but they are making but so hard to complain and impossible to talk to someone. The parcel is insured with an enhanced cover but hard to get the money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THIEVES, LIARS AND USELESS!!!!

The parcel was supposed to arrive before Christmas, and I was given a date for delivery of 18th December, for a delivery to France. The parcel didn't arrive and when I queried it on the 20th or 21st was told that it was held for an address query. Bear in mind that on the booking you have to put their address, your address, their phone number, your phone number, both email addresses, and nobody contacted us nor did we have any means to contact them. After Christmas the recipients left the address and came home. 2 months later (I had complained right after Christmas) I was contacted asking for customs codes for the items in the parcel, and told them that they had not been needed at the time as it was within the Brexit interim period. They ignored my message and eventually told me that they would return the parcel to me at a cost of around £14, which I declined. Several more emails were exchanged and eventually I found today that they had debited my Paypal account to the tune of over £21. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

THEY RIP YOU OFF. THEY WILL LIST COURIERS AND COLLECT PAYMENT FROM PACKAGES THAT CANNOT BE COLLECTED OR DELIVER AND THEN IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THIS IS PROPER FRAUD

Terrible company didn’t get my labels lost my money can’t contact them please don’t use . Go direct to the courier won’t cost any more. Logically you don’t need a middle man who sits in a big office just taking the cream of the milk , no vans no delivery staff. WHY DID I USE THEM.

I used parcelcompare to return a new door to the supplier in the original packaging. I received a message to say it had arrived but was badly damaged. I had taken out extra cover but even though I had photos of the damage they won’t pay up - asking for more evidence. I don’t have the door or packaging. So no refund and no payout. This is unbelievable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

Terrible customer service All three parcels sent on a consignment arrived damaged. One of the parcels also had £200 worth of goods missing. I was offered a £15 credit as a "good will" gesture despite my shipment being fully insured. Not recommended parcel2go are a much better choice for honouring insurance claims

Don't trust in them. They don't comply with they promise. You can't have access to the customer service. You can't raise a formal complaint. Nobody answer the emails (the only way to contact them). Please do not use this service. It's better to pay a bit more and go straight to a courier that cand refund you or give you solutions for their mistakes.

Got to be honest so glad I am not alone. Suddenly I have extra charges to pay. If anyone knows how or who I can report this company to please let me know. They should be closed down!

TERRIBLE Customer service. DPD accepted the blame for losing my parcel. Parcelcompare have to raise the claim and refused. Wont reply to emails after sending maybe 15-20. Go direct to DPD or the courier, its the same price and you get a better service

My parcel should of been delivered to Spain for Christmas, all my families Christmas presents and my nieces 18th Birthday present in it! long story short it never got there, even after it was tracked and insured. They used lots of different excesses and now I am still fighting to get the insurance paid out. they are the worst please do not use them

To how to correspond,My name is Anna Delgado, I like to make an official complaint. this complaint is for 6 different parcel delivery. all of them I to send it in different days. 1-I had used the services of Parcel Compare to deliver my parcels. I had sent in the last January 7 parcels. 2- In parcel comparison I selected 2 companies to send my parcels. TDT & DPD. 3- I didn't have been advised of the quantity that I could be charged in Aduanas Tax. This point was relevant, because I If I had known, I would never have sent all those parcels. (I make responsible for my decision to use the service because I decided to send the parcels by DPD for a cheap price. If I were properly advised of the final price never I have sent all these parcels.) 3-The Parcels send from TDT (it cost 154.32�)came late but they came. Thanks, I contacted SEUR many times when at last I was informed, that my parcels were there and the amount of tax to pay. I had to pay the taxes of the parcels on two separate days. The first payment was the 4/2/21 and the second day of taxes was 8/2/21. 3-I had informed that the parcels will have a delay of 10 days after the Tax payment to get delivered. 4- I had been contacting SEUR Multiple times to Know what is the situation of my parcels. 5-At the same time I contact Parcel Compare, They answer always with the same answer template. But no information where my parcels are. 6-DPD informed me that the recipient didn't accept the parcels and they will return my parcels. 7-Parcel compare send confirming DPD information and that I will be an extra charge if my parcels are returned. (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax.) Contac time with parcel compare: I had requested information where I had received a template answer or no information: 3/2/21 4/2/21 8/2/21 9/2/21 15/2/21 18/2/21 19/2/21 22/2/21 23/2/21 I had received information from parcel compare today 24 I had received another email telling me that I had not accepted the delivery of the parcels. that brings the case at (I don't understand because I will specify how many times I contact the company to inform them where are my parcel. I had accepted the delivery therefore I had had pay the Aduanas tax. Contact with SEUR By Phone: 1/2/21 to 24/2/21 Single Day. SEUR Emai: 1/2/21 to 8/2/21 DPD Website Chat. Yesterday And a few different phone calls. 2/1/21 8/1/21 22/1/21 The last information of DPD is that another company that is call delivery plus is the one that must do an investigation. Because is the company that I had the service from. I don't know which is company is that. Because as I explained before I had started this parcel compare. The content of the parcels. All of the boxes are similar content. Books, clothes, shoes, personal items like photos, kitchen items, and others. I can't know exactly what of what I have in the boxes because I didn't write but in all the boxes there little of everything. Personal comments: I have anxiety and depression that is why I came to Spain with my mother. You can't imagine how frustrated is this situation. I had no more money because I had pay this tax that I didn't been advised. I had to buy cloth because are in the boxes. The problem here is the bad customer service that I receive, from all the companies. Yesterday I had Use The word F++k in one of the emails, as a frustration, impotence and In this time Parcel compare answer me quick "don't use this language because you will lose your case.". I Apologies. But I'm feeling so bad with missing of empathy of the parcel compare. I fill Scam. I"m crying when I write this email, I can't find hope in my life and this. That 3 companies now 4 play with the people like this. 1-I want my parcels. 2-I want a refund of all the money. 3-I want to arise an Investigation for fraud to parcel compare, DpD, and Seur.

Absolutely dreadful company in every way- shocking service I never received any labels after payment so could not send parcel The immediate warning sign that something is wrong is there is no phone number All correspondence by email Specific questions ignored No way of getting a refund as there is a £10 charge for cancellation Also final comment in email - in bold - there is nothing else they can do

You should have the option of a ‘Zero Star’ this company just do not deserve to be in business and certainly don’t deserve any stars at all. I would implore people to go direct to the parcel company, these days the pittance you save is not worth the lack of Customer Service you get when required. I would like to say that I first used Parcel Compare a few years ago, I was very impressed then and wrote a review to say so. How things have changed, the service, care and support really couldn’t fall much lower. I have a very small business, this year was very hard for everyone without any additional trouble. I needed to move my stock from the UK to Bulgaria before the end of the transition period. Through the year I had been sending 2 or 3 parcels at a time, I had a few niggles, but nothing could have prepared me for the last few shipments. Sadly they were all sent in quick succession so there was no way of knowing, believe me I wouldn’t and won’t ever use them again. I had a shipment of 3 parcels each weighing approximately 29KG and obviously very large too. They arrived and one was missing, the other 2 looked like they had been kicked from the UK to Bulgaria. I got in touch straight away and was told that they would investigate, which could take up to 14 days. In the meantime I had to provide a list of the items involved. This was fairly easy as it was all stock that was to be shown on a TV show. The time passed and I kept asking for updates, cutting a long story short this went on for over 3 months. I had contacted the CEO of DPD by this time. I was so relieved when I finally got a claim form, I had lost so much by this time, I had to give notice to my design team, as I couldn’t sell much as the items lost formed part of collections. I had continually told them that the longer it went on the more damage was being done. I filled out the claim form. Since then they have disputed ownership my products, despite providing invoices, they refused to accept bank statements which clearly showed payments. I contacted the company and asked if they would provide company receipts, they did, all signed and stamped with the business stamp along with a document confirming all the invoices were paid, this was also stamped and signed. Parcel Compare came back to accuse me of editing the documents. I can prove they were all sent to me by the company by email. I have provided everything they have asked for again and again. This has gone on and on, they have asked for the same information over and over again. The have declined my claim and as a goodwill gesture credited the account with 15.00, I would never use them again, I would rather get on a flight and collect things myself. I have been suicidal, it has been devastating, thousands of pounds of stock lost. It’s a very small concern it’s devastating. The other shipments that I mentioned, there was so much damage in one, nothing could be retrieved. It is a polite warning not to use this disreputable company. If you need any help or assistance you will not get any and going to the courier itself will not help as the contract is direct with Parcel Compare. The only time you will get any help is when it is to pay for a shipment, apart from that they couldn’t care less. It is totally beyond me how a large parcel weighing nearly 30Kg can possibly go missing, it is complete incompetence and shows sheer lack of responsibility. I was proud of my ‘Craftascope’ Brand of Craft Products, now I just can’t continue, they have destroyed everything. Please don’t risk feeling as bad as I do. They have made me feel like a criminal over the last few months. I never thought I could be affected so badly, but bit by bit they have destroyed my confidence and ruined any chance of recovery. Here is ne of the damaged parcels I mentioned.

The worst experience I have occurred, The customer service is appalling, you can’t talk to them, and when you book your parcel they don’t give you all of the details that is required for the pick up not happy would never use them again

A dreadful service I would NEVER use them again . No way of speaking to them . I have been trying to get a parcel to Australia for a month now . Keep sending emails that they must send out to everyone just changing the numbers . I wonder if it will ever get there .Probably better to go straight to the carrier . Do not use them

I regret using this “service it’s absolutely ridiculous...awful!! I lost my parcel just like that with no proper reason everything was correct 😡😡😡feeling annoyed 😒 customer service should improve bit more...please!!!
