I used Parcel Compare to book TNT to collect 3 boxes on 5/1/21 and deliver to Portugal on 8/1/21. Two boxes were delivered after many chasing emails on 26/1/21 but one was missing. Again after many frustrating emails it was finally delivered today. I will never use either TNT or Parcel Compare again as you are not given any explanation. They do not have a phone number so you are left angry and frustrated with email. TNT wouldn’t help as I went through Parcel Compare. My advice book direct with a courier so they are responsible and can be held to account. The whole experience was frustrating and unsatisfactory and I wanted to ring their bloody necks.

Sent a parcel, was returned to me 10 days later, saying that the delivery address was wrong, which is untrue, as I sent many parcels before to that address without any problems. They told me that it was my responsibility to check where the parcel was and they're asking for return fees on top! There was my phone number and the recipient and no one called, and it's still my fault? I keep emailing the person in charge of my case and he doesn't listen. Really annoyed, terrible service, will never use again and I don't know how to get my money back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unbelievable stress from no collection being told I payed for drop off when I paid for collection which never happed, I gave in in the end after 4 days of arguing . Went to drop shop only to be told this parcel is collection I can’t take it, as I said I paid for a collection, the man in the email said I’m refunding you go with a different company 😡😡😡 so angry , would nit own up to there mistake 😡 again do not use !!!!!!!

The parcel should have been delivered to my daughter who lives a 45 minute drive from airport. They marked it as a 'non-shipper' broker which meant the company who shipped it- who were excellent and helped us a lot to understand and resolve what was going on- couldn't deliver it. My daughter during a pandemic had to drive to customs with 2 toddlers in tow to collect it. Parcel compare offered no advice, lots of platitudes (and an incorrect phone number for the shipping company got off the internet- not even having that to hand!!)via e-mail but nothing concrete. No phone number so you can't contact them. Please don't use as it causes so much stress! We have sent parcels quite a lot over the last year and this has never happened before. Cowboys! Seems a scam company with operatives not in the UK. I'd like to give them 0 stars.....we are taking this further!!

Booked a collection service , was informed by email it would be collected Monday between 9 and 5 . Never happened , didn’t happen Monday didn’t happen Tuesday , didn’t happen Wednesday ! I was then told I would need to pay an additional £10.50 to get it collected after they failed to do so !

I wouldn't give this company 1 star but that's not an option. Appalling service, we sent a parcel on the 5th Jan and its still not been delivered and no one to help or phone, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE never use this company.

This site is a scam. It fails to display legally required details and therefore you cannot find anywhere to complain. ROGER SUMNER RIVERS is the owner/director and the company is registered at 160 Kemp House, City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. These are the details I am using for a small claims court case for failure to deliver a parcel and failure to refund or pay compensation. I suggest everyone else with a complaint does. it costs £25 online.

As with so many others, my package was lost and Parcelcompare has failed to submit a claim to the courier and provide me a refund. Their poor service has resulted in me contacting Trading Standards and I have made a formal complaint.

Hello to everyone, I had super bad experience with this company. The lost my parcel, it was a very big box with christmas presents and from the 10 of December.... finally they confirmed me that they lost it (well someone stolen it). Until now I'm still waiting the compensation and the money that I spent to use this horrible company.

Sent package from Newcastle to Switzerland. Package got collected went on a merry trip for a few days and ended up back at the address I sent it from, damaged. Nothing from the company. No response, no emails, no way of contacting them. Having to look into legal ways to reclaim my money. Avoid. There's a reason there is no contact number.

Do not use this company.. shambolic. I made a mistake when completing the documents to say that I would pay the customs charge as I did not want to trouble, my wife. the parcel was stuck in customs for 20 days as the customer services agent was not able to give me a contact number to make the payment and just kept offering apologies. After 20 days I emailed FedEx in the country that the shipment was upheld and they replied almost immediately and told me to make payment for customs and the good were released immediately. This company seem to have their customer service in India, they are a total and utter bunch of incompetent fools. Do not use them for anything.. bunch of donkeys.

Lost parcel , even purchased money for redirection. Never deliver. Never refunded. Being told will get 15ofc next purchase. Never lost a parcel with baby clothing and newborn presents! Unbelievable!!!!! Do not use this company !!!

I sent my parcel on the 3rd of December 2020 and was stolen or lost or what ever ....this company seriously depressed me .I have been calling and emailing them from the 10th of December but no sign of my parcel no refund no contact back . So I decide to sue this company and the case gonna go through this week ... Seriously is sh****t company

A warning not to use Parcelcompare /UPS A warning not to use Parcelcompare / UPS who have attempted to fraudulently claim I have sent an oversized package and attempted an additional bill of £120 (vs £30). Fortunately I have images proving their claims as false and fraudulent - DO NOT USE. They are nonetheless continuing to pursue their claim which is vexatious and without merit. Please refer similar experiences to the UK Police Action Fraud service.

Paid over £50 postage fee for parcel with tracking. Parcel lost /stolen within 1 day whilst in possession of carriers, tracking useless. Then instructed to make a claim and supply receipt for contents. This I did and faced many email responses stating my receipt was not valid? This I proved was incorrect and also supplied photographs of parcel, labels and serial numbers. After 1 month was told I would be refunded however 3 months later still no refund. After sending a Written Complaint by Recorded Delivery to the PO Box 658 Brentford TW8 1BS address and stating that I would be pursuing the matter by Civil Court action received a written apology and refund. This Company has communication problems both internal and external. It does not appear to have a properly structured/monitored customer service department as is evidenced by the number of reviews/complaints made online. I can only advise unhappy clients to be persistent and not give in to the time wasting responses/methods used by some personnel. Many reviews state that there is No Contact telephone number, this is correct, however if you keep emailing someone will respond eventually. In the end send a letter to the Company as already mentioned or to the Managing Director or Directors details of which are readily available on the internet including their registered personal addresses. This may give them the incentive to improve their service and prove they are a respectable Company.....good luck.

Two of three packages badly damaged, one so much so that suspect is a cover for theft and despite any email exchanges have not resolved. Please please do yourself a favor and avoid this company
