“I sent my parcel on the 3rd of December 2020 and was stolen or lost or what ever ....this company seriously depressed me .I have been calling and emailing them from the 10th of December but no sign of my parcel no refund no contact back .
So I decide to sue this company and the case gonna go through this week ...
Seriously is sh****t company”
“A warning not to use Parcelcompare /UPS
A warning not to use Parcelcompare / UPS who have attempted to fraudulently claim I have sent an oversized package and attempted an additional bill of £120 (vs £30). Fortunately I have images proving their claims as false and fraudulent - DO NOT USE. They are nonetheless continuing to pursue their claim which is vexatious and without merit. Please refer similar experiences to the UK Police Action Fraud service.”
“Paid over £50 postage fee for parcel with tracking. Parcel lost /stolen within 1 day whilst in possession of carriers, tracking useless. Then instructed to make a claim and supply receipt for contents. This I did and faced many email responses stating my receipt was not valid? This I proved was incorrect and also supplied photographs of parcel, labels and serial numbers. After 1 month was told I would be refunded however 3 months later still no refund. After sending a Written Complaint by Recorded Delivery to the PO Box 658 Brentford TW8 1BS address and stating that I would be pursuing the matter by Civil Court action received a written apology and refund. This Company has communication problems both internal and external. It does not appear to have a properly structured/monitored customer service department as is evidenced by the number of reviews/complaints made online. I can only advise unhappy clients to be persistent and not give in to the time wasting responses/methods used by some personnel. Many reviews state that there is No Contact telephone number, this is correct, however if you keep emailing someone will respond eventually. In the end send a letter to the Company as already mentioned or to the Managing Director or Directors details of which are readily available on the internet including their registered personal addresses. This may give them the incentive to improve their service and prove they are a respectable Company.....good luck.”
“Two of three packages badly damaged, one so much so that suspect is a cover for theft and despite any email exchanges have not resolved.
Please please do yourself a favor and avoid this company”
“AVOID AVOID AVOID. 3 day parcel delivery still no sign after 3 weeks. They have admitted it’s because they forgot to put the postcode on the labels, but continually fob me off with generic copied and pasted customer service emails. Impossible to get an answer out of them about anything. AVOID.”
“I used this company to send parcels back to South Africa via FedEx,it arrived within 4 days after they collected it in Methlick,Scotland late in the evening. It went through customs and within 45mins it was delivered to my sisters address. Honestly I was super impressed yet after a few days I got a email saying I needed to pay an extra £35 due to weight adjustments, I don't know how they weight it but I'm happy I got my 22kg box safely back in South Africa. Thank you FedEx🙂”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Abysmal customer service. Parcel went to wrong address and even after communication multiple times with a customer service person it still went into cyberspace and eventually after 55 emails and paying another £17 was returned. Cost in total £34 for it to be returned to me. It was also damaged. I have never ever in my 67 years come across a more useless company manned by brain dead customer services personnel.”
“My Advice - DO NOT USE - Go direct to Courier
Be very wary of these guys. They claim to be a solution, finding you the best deal, but in fact they are the opposite. They have no call centre, no way of directly communicating (email only) and fob you off with generic copy and pasted responses often completely irrelevant to the question or complaint you raise. They refuse all claims of refund or compromise due to 'small print' and a disclaimer in their contract where they make you unknowingly waive their responsibility to adhere to the delivery contract you buy through them. My advice - steer 100% clear, go direct to the courier. My parcel was £70 next day delivery, took 9 days but was just 40km away after just 24hrs, thats 0.208KMPH travel speed in the last 8 days, and I had to chase here in the UK and in Slovakia. Im sharing all comms in Twitter, look up ParcelCompare, its all there as evidence of how they deal with customers.”
“Do not use this company, I have had an awful experience. Our items were badly damaged, asked to pay extra costs, which were subsequently waived but had a barrage of emails none of which addressed our concerns. Awful customer service and left with broken items which will never be replaced. The most disappointing and frustrating company I have dealt with.”
“paid for them to deliver via courier. Tried to say we had underestimated size (volumatic) then tried to claim 5 x the original amount extra. Reporting them. DO NOT USE, GO TO COURIER DIRECT.”
“Entered all the details for a package I needed delivering, paid them via the website and didn't receive the email with the labels I needed to post it. No contact number so the only thing you can do is message them via their website. Four messages, still heard nothing back 24 hours later. Terrible, appalling service. Do yourself a favour, go elsewhere,”
“Will never touch these guys again! They took £12 out of my bank account but provided no booking number or paperwork, so I couldn't send my parcel. Customer service was abysmal and obstructive. I finally said, OK on Monday I will review you online and take further action: and behold, they refunded my £12 on Monday. Meanwhile, I sent my parcel cheaper direct through Hermes. Ugh.”
“I booked a collection through parcel compare. It did not arrive. I was advised to wait in for 2 more days. It was still not collected. When I asked for a refund they said I would be charged £12 to cancel the booking. The booking was £18. There is no phone number just email. DO NOT USE THEM”
“If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would give. Useless company. My delivery was due on 10th December but my package is still sitting in a sorting office somewhere and they can't tell me where. I'm so angry as this is a Christmas present. Terrible. Stay far away!!!”
“Avoid like the plague,I contacted PC on 28th October after checking my tracking to find my parcel had been delivered to the wrong address 5 miles away (By UPS their courier ) ! Totally different postcode, it is now the 20 December and STILL no refund”

“the site continued to inform me of a tracking which has just been useless, vague and untrue. They informed me of an attempted delivery which never occurred, the parcel has already more than 10 days delay, the company answers my protesting emails just to let me have always the same information, yet masked in slightly different emails, but fundamentally leading me by the nose. Absolutely not recommandable!!”
“I have been waiting for collection of my parcel for over a week, have failed to turn up on 2 occasions. Wish I had read the reviews first. Now trying to cancel, and get refund. So angry that these companies are allowed to trade, expecially in these times when you can't see your family”
