“ParcelForce handled the UK part of a GLS delivery from Berlin.
The tracking showed where the item was and when it would be delivered. I waited in all day ( no hardship for me) and the package arrived at 4pm. Surprised, elated and grateful!

“I had ordered some stuff from triumph and asked for express 1-3 day delivery. However they messed up my order and didn’t dispatch it on time. I was gonna leave the UK the country the following day and needed the parcel to be delivered before 11 am on Nov 15. I spoke with Sinead ya parcel force on the 14th to see if they could have this done. Sinead was the most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with over the phone. She mad sure she got in touch with the relevant department and ensured my parcel was delivered on time. I cannot thank you enough Sinead for all your help. Warm regards

“After an initial debarcle with my initial delivery (card pushed through the door detailing PO parcel would be left at - only it was the incorrect PO written down...so after some major chasing and a promise it would be picked up and redelivered within a 5 day window......but this did not happen) a manager at the Reading depot was absolutely BRILLIANT and made sure package was retrieved today and redelivered direct to me! Here is my story. I sent a package from the USA to the UK. I went to the tracking page. My package was guaranteed to be delivered on February 11. The package was delivered February 5.

“a guy called Dave Lewis, called and asked me to take in a parcel for a customer who lives opposite me. this i did and as i signed he said. Oh there is a parcel from IKEA to an Elizabeth no last name and just flat 5 uplands road, could of been and Elizabeth and any of the 100 flats on Uplands Road, he did a bit of police detective work and not only found me but delivered 6 hours early. Well done Parcel Force employing this happy , helpful chap called DAVE LEWIS!!!!!!”
