So I received a text message saying delivery between 13-50&14-50 Door bell works door knocker works Received a txt at 14:14 say we attempted delivery , no card left and the website doesn’t recognise the package number.This is the second time in as many weeks and I’ve been in both times , at least they left a card the first time. Absolute rubbish service

A Christmas gift from my Daughter booked to deliver to my address was 2 days early soo incase atca funeral they said call next day he didn't even knock ,just pushed card through said return to depot but didn't say were ,day 3 still no parcel ,horrible company

Ordered Xmas presents Xmas 2022 had email to say will be delivered 19th December 2022 between 7am to 6pm waited in all day it's now 22nd December 2022 and still waiting for a delivery I gave parcel force one star only option absolute rubbish service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY find someone else

Lazy selfish p***ks should do some work instead of striking moaning about pay. Don’t like your job get a new one!! Instead, people who pay to have items delivered don’t get them because the useless morons fancy a nice few days off. Ridiculous!

Several failed deliveries because the drivers lie about "attempted deliveries". They don't even bother going to the recipient's address now. Just drop off the parcel at the post office. The customer service is just as useless. Parcelforce refuses to take responsibility for the inadequate practice that their drivers carry out. After numerous complaints I was told that the company resolves their complaints internally and there is no external body to regulate their actions. Basically they do whatever the hell they want to. Your complaint will be added to the pile of other millions of complaints, they will take no actions with the lazy drivers, they will carry on taking customers' money and provide a crappy service. What a load of #&£@*¡:£!

If I could give 0 stars I would...instead of leaving in my dedicated safe place I now have to drive 30 minutes to my nearest post office. Thanks Parcel Force!

Parcel force is a very terrible courier , they came to my place to deliver an item and didn’t even knock , they just left . I booked a delivery with them and asked them to even pick up from the sender , she was at home waiting for them , they didn’t knock and just put the label in the mail box , very horrible company !!! Do not use them !!!

had a parcel from the usa /payed customs charges of nearly £30 nine days ago still no parcel / rang on twice fobbed off ,s**t service as is the norm with company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rate them minus starts if I could. They are the worst ever. The worst, no contest. I paid for a next day delivery. No sign of a delivery 2 weeks later, I have given up on it. Updates consist of "sorry, but we don't know when it will be delivered". I can't understand how they are in business. Do not, under pain of death, use this lot, just don't do it to yourself. Instead of calling their helpline, I suggest you put your head down and run at a wall as hard as you can, head first. When you wake up 10 minutes later that will have been a better experience and time better spent than talking to their customer service.

Completely incompetent!! Lying about 'attempted delivery' when i was in all day. Rescheduled delivery 5 times each time it wasnt sent out. Rang to find out why and each time the advisors told me it would arrive the next day and low and behold it didnt! I wish companies would never use them and hope they either go bust or get a grip soon! Never EVER getting a parcel delivered by them again.

Parcelforce need to check with there staffs the service don’t even deserve a one star. I have try to get hold of my parcel almost 10days on call with them and each time you call they gave you an ungenuine excuse. I have been home all this week no signs of delivery driver either my parcel .

5 times I've tried to get my parcel since 15th of last month. Booked redelivery online twice - wasnt attempted. Called to ask why - no explaination given, told deliveey would be reattempted on 29th (this was actually date it was retuened to sender) Called again - advised it would be delivered this Friday but I needed my package so I was advised to go to post office, I didn't do it usual 2 hours over time and left work early to go and collect - they told me it was sent back a week ago!!! I called again and told I MIGHT be able to get it delivered but it wasn't a guaranteed service. ('parcel watch' - what's the point??) So I said fine - return it to sender, how long will that take? Advisor said he didn't have a clue. So I said fine... I'll wait an undetermined amount of time for my refund from the seller, what about my costs - the postage, over an hour spent on the phone to be misadvised completely, how do I claim that back - I was directed to your online claim form WHICH IS ONLY FOR THE COMPANY THAT ARRANGED THE POSTAGE!!!!! Your advisors are CLUELESS!

Item was attempted delivery I was not at home , driver didn't leave a card, phoned up through to automated service, added I would collect from depot, so turned up today to collect to be told driver attempted another delivery and has nw took it to local post office half mile from my house after I have just driven 10miles through traffic, clowns 🤡

2 Parcels have been sat in Medway depot since 30/11/22 supposedly on a 24 hour next day delivery, it is now the 6/12/22 and still no parcels delivered, not even loaded on a van for delivery when tracking number is checked. I cant even collect them as parcel force hasn't tried to deliver them yet.

Delivery driver absolutely inept, could not notice “DELIVERY DESK” in the most huge letters. Customer service is beyond brain dead, getting through to a person means they just hang up. These people do not deserve to be able to strike imo.

Parcelforce is the worst delivery service I have had experience with. It is unreliable, slow and unaccountable. I wish companies wouldn’t use it. Texts to say that my parcel is on its way on a certain day …. but NO … nothing! Waiting in for nothing as the divers refuse to leave the parcel. And now it’s workers have the audacity to strike!
