“Absolute disgrace of a company. (Medway Depot). Sent my item out one day not delivered. Then sat in the depot for 3 days for no reason awaiting delivery then delivery today over 1.5 hours late. Contacted depot which was useless then when parcel did arrive spoke to driver who said that the people running this depot are mad sending the drivers out with far too much parcels to deliver per day with only 4 YES 4 drivers to cover south east Kent. Utter ridiculous.”
“Awful!! Services. Since 18th showing prepared for delivery but the preparation is still not finishing. I am shocked that this company is on strike for a pay rise. WHAT A JOKE!! Just replace all the lazy and incompetent staff. A group of irresponsible and fake people!! The parcel cannot be collected from the depot as per LAW they said. LAW SERIOUSLY. Where does it says in British Law that a customer cannot collect the parcels before a delivery attempt when the delivery company decided to prepare for the delivery for about a week over on a next day paid services parcel?”

My package was supposed to be picked up on Monday, October 17. I waited for the courier all day, when in the evening he never came and did not call, I checked the tracking number and saw that he supposedly came at 12.44, but I was not at home. Although this is not true, I was at home all day, the cameras also show that the courier did not arrive. So, I called Parcelforce and they promised to pick up the package on Tuesday 18th October, but again no one came. Finally, on Wednesday evening, the courier showed up and picked up two of my packages, to two different customers. However, these two parcels somehow went to the same customer. So… what I have in the end? I didn't go to work for 3 days because I was waiting for the courier, I paid for a terrible delivery service, I lost one parcel, and the client who was waiting for his product since October 17 asked for a refund. I have a question: where else should I call or write to solve this problem? Who will compensate my losses? Why do you employ such incompetent people?
Let's see what happens next, because today I wrote a complaint, let's see how they work in the complaints department, how competent people are there.”
“Very bad service sent a parcel with Parcelforce it arrived at buyer adress broken so contacted parcel for for the to take ages replying to each messege for the to say Thay are not going to refund or replace the item damaged tryed saying it’s my fault will never use them again”

“Really really bad for high value goods coming from overseas. I have a parcel stuck in customs for 3 weeks now, no one has reached out to me so I called and supplied paperwork and still no movement. Customer service team can’t do anything as it’s in the hands of “HMRC” honestly don’t do it just go with TNT / FedEx it’s the smoothest service I found and goods arrive within a week and then they send you an invoice so your goods are not held also their customer service team is spot on But avoid this company and UPS for high value shipments and customs TRUST ME !!!”
“They say they tried to deliver twice. Twice no "we missed you" notes were left anywhere. Called them but never get through. Arranged re-delivery online anyway, but it never came. Checked with them and they said "Now that you mentioned we can see you had arranged re-delivery. We didn't notice it and sent it back to the original oversea sender." I cannot understand exactly what service we are paying for.”
“Paid custom charges and picked a Monday delivery, stayed in all Monday. Nothing. Phoned Parcelforce to make sure everything OK and made a re delivery for the following Monday. Only day in all day. Was issued with a reference no for the delivery change. On the Wednesday when I got home a card was left to say not in and was left with a neighbour up the street. How do they not understand when you schedule a delivery for a day you will be there they don't understand”
“Useless, waited in all day for a parcel that didn’t arrive. I then received a text saying sorry I wasn’t in and that a card with instructions had been left. A blatant lie , not the first problem with parcelforce, a very poor company”
“Send a package through them on 48 hours delivery. Paid some money. 5 days after the package got pick up it was deliver back to me (instead to the delivery address!!! thats why I pay for your service!!!! Seems you have your addresses confuse!!!) . Open a claim to them and nobody give any type of Customer Support or provides any information after you open a claim basically you are push around by this company. AWFULL avoid at ALL cost.”
“Do not rely on them for oversea shipping.Absolute let down yet again same problem in two months and last time they didn't even refund my postage. I sent an expensive item to Hong Kong costing me over £200 to post a week later returned to my house with a letter saying they could not confirm if the item was prohibited or not. The item was not prohibited and all details were in the documentation clearly spelled out. This has cost me a 3k sale
and now apparently I have to battle to get my refund from parcelforce what a let down totally unprofessional. Will stick with other couries from now on and changing my previous positive reviews of parcelforce on all sites...livid”
“We had a radiator for a Classic Car, broken down on the Scottish 500 in Tongue, sent next day to Wick from Fife on Thursday. Couldn’t guarantee delivery until Monday so attempted to collect it from Inverness. Jobsworth refused to let us do that as person not present but FaceTime possible and driving licence ID also available. Hopeless, intransigent service.”

“Parcel force, more like Parcel farce!
I've never had a good experience with parcel force at my current address. We seem to be at the end of a run and drivers care little about even attempting to deliver. Some examples of recent delivery experiences:
- Driver failed to deliver. after investigating with our supplier the driver had claimed he couldn't find the property, despite it being clearly signed, with the driveway directly off a local street similar to dozens of houses along the road.
- Another time they managed to find our address however opening a gate must have been too strenuous a task to complete the delivery, so the parcels were left at the post office 5 miles away to pick up the following day
- In a third instance, again didn't even bother trying to open our gate, we had resorted to putting our phone numbers on the gate whenever we are due a parcelforce delivery in an attempt to get the driver to do the right thing. Still no joy, the driver was "unable to deliver". we had downloaded the app days prior to the delivery and logged in leave safe and neighbour information which certainly feels like wasted time on our part. It had no effect.
I am finally resorting to constantly refreshing the tracking information on their app, as it does not update the drivers location automatically (another frustration that other delivery companies do not suffer from) in a bid to ambush the driver and get my parcel without another half-completed note being left at the gate.
Every other delivery company that come here (DX, DPD, Amazon, and even Evri) have no problem delivering to, or collecting from this address. I work from home so I'm always available to accept parcels.
Parcelforce could do with evaluating how their drivers are performing and take suitable action to rectify.”
