I have been on the phone for a total of three hours to complaints and customer service (Carolin is especially rude and unhelpful) to get a parcel delivered that they claim I refused. “I paid for next day delivery from Parcelforce as I am moving home and urgently need packing boxes. Have just checked with the company I purchased then from to be told that they are held up and will come tomorrow. What sort of service are you providing because it is rubbish. Next day should mean next day. Woe betide you if my boxes do not arrive”
“Absolute joke of a company. My parcel should of been delivered in between the hours of 19:00 & 20:00 and then Driver returned back to the depot and marked my item unable to be delivered at 17:00. I was then promised my item would be delivered the following day before noon only to find out that it has still not left the Depot the Company has now cost me a day and a half wage thanks to the negligence of there drivers that are too lazy to finish off their delivery routes. All I can say is that I will not be using this company ever again.”
“Courier didn’t bother to come- I booked day off to wait for him till 9pm- the website was saying he attempted collection at 3pm- but I didn’t get any note and it’s not possible because before and after 6 pm I contacted his depo and he was still due to come so obviously he is a liar!! Another one next day didn’t stick bar code so my parcel would get lost if I wouldn’t call there few times. Parcel didn’t arrive to its destination on time. The advisors promised me to send it “urgent service “ ( no I doubt even they have one) and that it will be on place by Friday it’s Monday today and it still didn’t arrive. I wanted to complain to their supervisor or manager but nobody called me back even I was promised that. Poor service +delays!!!”

“Waited in when they said they would deliver... nothing arrived. Looked at the tracking record which said the parcel had been returned to the depot. Waited in another day, looked at the tracking which said they had attempted delivery...they hadn’t. I was at home and if they did attempt why didn’t they leave a card on either day. Rang them up and they said they would try and deliver again, then if no one was in they would leave it at the local post office. I looked at the tracking record and they had returned it to sender, even though on their website they say they hold on to it for 16 days. Can’t believe such a well known company provides such a poor service.”

“Terrible experience. Package in transit for over 2 weeks, several calls to arrange a redelivery (memorised the tracking number...), and in the end I had to pay redirection fee because I wanted to finally receive a package in local PostOffice... Avoid if possible!”

It’s as if they’re not even trying,competitors do the job so much better,you can’t track anything even though they say you can,every time they I’ve called they say drivers communication is down - I don’t believe a word of it.

“Some 5 weeks ago an item from a company in Exeter for delivery to my company in Helston! Paid for next day delivery! At 10 to 5 my company closes so I rang my supplier to say the package had not arrived! They contacted Parcel Force to be told it was still in the Hub in Birmingham! It was delivered 5 days later! Yesterday I placed another order with my supplier paid for next day am delivery! Yet again 10 to 5 I rang the supplier, who rang ParcelForce to be told the package was in the Hub in Birmingham! What a joke this company is, take payment for next day delivery and then deliver whenever they want! Shocking service standards!”
“Would really like to give a 0 star rating. Absolutely useless, parcel arrived part open and with items missing. Customer Service online were rude and incompetent. Despite insuring my parcel, I had to fight for the items to be refunded. Disgusting.”
“Parcel was mauled in transit, and in subsequent process of claiming for damage the website was a byzantine challenge in submitting verification documents. Phone calls to discuss involved at least 4 different handoffs for a simple question. Will not use again.”
“Service so terrible I can't even be bothered to review it. Would never willingly be subjected to Parcelforce's particular brand of "service" again. "First delay due to customs payment not received" (we havn't left the EU yet, something Parcelforce seem unaware of when dealing with a parcel from France), then "insufficient address details" (postcode which comprises only about half a dozen houses - evidently 6 houses close together and is too difficult). Then day 2. Delivery failed to turn up. Driver couldn't find the house. See previous comments. Parcel returned to depot. Day three. See Day two. Parcel returned to depot by 2.45pm. If the parcel is back at the depot by that time in the afternoon, I have to ask how much care or effort is really being put into its delivery. I've arranged to pick up the delivery from the depot tomorrow. I no longer trust them to get it to me. I said at the beginning, "Service so terrible I can't even be bothered to review it." And I've reviewed it anyway, because the careless way this company is operated ensures that it deserves every slating it gets. I'm usually laid back. Not this time. And not this Company. Ever again. Please.”
