“The most terrible delivery service experience I have ever encountered. An urgent document needed from London to Hong Kong using the global express which cost £63.7. Promised to arrive in 3 days. Instead it was mistakenly sent to Shanghai and being held by customs without clearance owing to invalid address.
After numerous tracings I eventually got the item but it was already 11 days from desptach of documents. With great frustration I failed to meet the deadline of an agreement owing to such a long delay!
I have prepared everything to claim my postage back, yet after reading the users reviews I honestly doubted if I could have the slightest chance of taking my money back!
Funnily enough, just read the online tracking system and they stated my parcel had been collected at LONDON BRIDGE instead of Hong Kong. I shook my head in disbelief and all my confidence towards this company totally gone!

“Have used them twice and both times not was a disaster. The first time it took 2 weeks instead of 2 days, so I lost a very good customer. The second time, they lost the parcel altogether and then refused to cough up for the enhanced compensation I had paid for! I now have to waste more time taking them to the small claims court to get my money back.”

“Parcel uplifted from supplier on 21st May 2018. Using 24/48hr service. It is now 31st May 2018 and still waiting. Sent to wrong sorting depot apparently and is now somewhere in the North West. I have also had two expensive camera lenses lost with this company. Two separate orders both lost at the Glasgow Hub. Suppliers had to replace and send by another courier.”

“I have put in that it is a 1 star form, actually its a nil star firm. I've been waiting for 2 days to get a parcel picked up. The first day Parcelforce said it would be picked up between, 0900 and 1800 waited in all day. Guess what no one turned up, the next day he was definitely going to pick it up between 1600 and 1700 guess what he arrived at 1810 with no address label which I had asked them to supply. Last time Im usual that lot, they are a bunch of no hopers. In the words of the prophet "what a load of s***. DONT USE THEM”
“third total cock up of three parcels in three weeks. first - waited in all day. no doorbell, knock, barking dogs, honking geese. card left saying no one in - except I was. second - tried to send a parcel. so useless I took it back and went to TNT who were brilliant in every respect. third left card - no tracking number or other details filled in - saying no one in (there wasn't) and they'd deliver the next day. I rang the depot and explained that I wouldn't be in then either, and would they hold it at the depot and I would collect the next afternoon. They said yes. Just been all the way over to get it and the twit that eventually came to the desk said he couldn't find it. I told him that his colleague had said they'd keep it for me and he went off again. Twenty minutes later came back to tell me it had been returned to sender! I've just spent the last half hour trying to sort it out myself and get it returned to the depot from the Coventry hub. Hopeless. This depot deserves all the rubbish reviews it gets.”
“Dreadful. My parcel got stuck in customs and instead of calling me to ask me for info they wrote me a letter and sent it by snail mail! This was Global Express and should have taken two days. It took two weeks. I have opened an account with FedEx.”
“If there were a zero I would give it that! I need to get a parcel to France and was promised (by 3 members of staff at the Post Office) next day delivery on Friday. It's now Wednesday and the parcel is still in the UK. I paid £51 to have an event utterly ruined. Do NOT use Parcelforce.”
“They claim to have tried to deliver my parcel twice but I was in both times. I now have to collect the parcel from the Post Office. The sender paid for 48 hour delivery but it will be a week before I get it. Why does the "racking" lie - can't the drivers be bothered to deliver? I phoned customer services but was simply fobbed off. They believe the driver, effectively calling me a liar.

“When I was paying import Vat there was not any options of choosing the delivery date after I paid there was +£12. So with out giving you options they robbing you with next day delivery ! I did not receive it on the day they said ! -5 star”
“Most likely the worst delivery experience I've ever had in my life!!! I recently ordered some beer online and hoped to enjoy some of it in the weekend. The delivery should have happened on Wednesday and I asked to leave it with a neighbour since I was at work. The parcel came back to the depot that day and no ticket was left anywhere to tell me what happened. Same story the day after so I called the depot to make sure they understood they could leave the parcel to a neighbour. On Friday the parcel (surprise surprise!) went back to the depot again, so I had to collect the parcel myself on Saturday without car (I don't drive unfortunately!) from their depot which is 4 miles away from my place. I want to express a big "thanks" to Mr. driver M Costin who evidently couldn't be bothered to waste his valuable time to find someone in a massive building where there are more than 350 flats for three days in a row!!! Much appreciated mate. Just to let you know, I'm really looking forward to tasting my beer after has been shaken around all the way around Nottingham for all these days. You're welcome to join me for a toast if you want!”
