“The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. If you want to get things send, don't use this company. This is STILL ongoing as I write this. Booked a parcel collection only to spend 3 days waiting for someone to pick it up and more than 3 hours on the phone with customer service, more than 12 calls speaking to a different part of the country everytime, being promised different things by each person but no one ever updated my record and NO ONE PICKING UP MY PARCEL. I was promised an upgrade so my parcel would be delivered on time, but calling back the morning after to confirm the pick up, no one had heard of this and apparently getting an upgrade was only possible by confirmation by a manager, but they were always "in a meeting" or "not available at the moment". Apparently notes and emails were send to them but no one got back to me. Inisting to not get off the phone until I got through to a manager I was finally put through to somone who was the wrong manager for my case, and who basically brushed me off. I am currently calling them each hour to get through to a manager. I've been promised another pick up today, but I really don't have any trust in that. Seriously, don't use this phoney excuse of a courier service.”
“I often receive express parcels from around the world. They get to Parcelforce in the UK in two days. Then to get to me takes another ten days to two weeks. They are an outdated dinosaur of a company who deserve to lose all their overseas clients.”

Delivery sent a card and told me to collect parcel he was supposed to deliver, incorrect tracking number and I am still waiting for redelicery date. Why are idiots like this employed?.”
“Total rubbish. No email warning of delivery, no offered alternative date, just dumped at a minor post office 2 miles away and not on a bus route. I walk with a stick so virtually impossible to get my delivery. Very, very poor.”

“I needed to send an urgent item to Canada and paid £45 for Next Day Global Express fully insured for £200 . The online service instructed me to download Customs forms to be completed and left in a plastic bag on outside of parcel for any inspections. The online service accepted the address and payment . The Post Office accepted the parcel .The one day service did not happen because the Parcel Force depot in the UK said that the wrong postal service had been used for the area and it should have been Global Priority. I asked for them just to add the necessary changes/stamp to that effect seeing as both services are the same cost of £45. But the Jobsworth company said the parcel needs to be returned to the sender and the Global Priority service purchased instead from the beginning. So now I will need to spend £90 in total instead for a parcel that weighs 500g. A new sticker was all that was needed. Also they had taken my phone number and e-mail address in case of any issues with the parcel and yet a day after the parcel was supposed to be delivered I had to find out myself using their tracking system that it hadnt even left the UK. Yes I totally agree with others that Parcel Force should be avoided at all costs. Use an international delivery service instead for highly important items if you need a guarantee they are going to be delivered in time or at all. I only used Parcel Force as it boasts of its amazing service.”
“On Thursday 17th October I sent a parcel express 24 so that it would reach its destination on 18th. I paid £24. On Friday the tracking was showing as still sitting in the hub so I started making phone calls to try and find out where my parcel was. I established that the parcel was actually still at the hub and would not be on a vehicle to the delivery depot until later that day and therefore would not be delivered until Monday.
I was not happy at all and the Customer services representitive said she would email the manager of the delivery depot and tell him to upgrade it to a Saturday AM delivery. I informed the recipient to expect it Saturday morning.
On Saturday the parcel was showing as sitting in the delivery depot so I was back on the phone. After many calls and speaking to people in Poole, Cormwall, Southhampton and South east London as the customer services system tripped me to the next available customer services person who was available nationally, we finall managed to get the lazy assed manager at the delivery deopt to look at his email, annd then he rang me to say the parcel was in a van on its way to the recipient. Result!!
Well!!, that is just half of the story. The parcel contained good s for repair and the recipient completed those repairs over the weekend and OI sent him the shipping label to return by Parcelforce (why on earth I did that rather thatn another courier I really don't know.)
The parcel was duly dropped at the post office at 9:30 on Monday 21st
for delivery on 22nd. Here I am writing this on 22nd because according to the tracking the parcel has been despatched, and that is it!! nothing else!!. I have started the phonecalls to customer support again, asked for an explanation, for managers to call me back - Yep, you got it NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING!! Customer support is just a joke. This company is a joke. I should have learned my lesson with the first delivery.
I don't know where my parcel is, no body will tell me. Tracking isn't updated and I think all I can actually be sure of is it isn't going to arrive today despite Parcelforce taking £24 off me and promising it would.
I am absolutel fuming!!!”
“I paid for next day delivery and no one came, no card was left but I received a message saying the driver came no one opened the door and he left a card. The delivery was rebooked for next day between 11.00 and 12.00 and no one came again.”
“The most unhelpful and useless delivery company bar none. Parcel sent on 48 hour delivery - tracking stated 'Out for Delivery' for 5 days in a row and emails produced standard response ' We are sorry etc etc - tracking says out for delivery today'. Well I could read that too but still they didn't deliver. Finally promised Newport depot would contact me or I could contact them. They did not contact me and I could not raise them on phone. Don't touch them.”
“Really not impressed with Parcelforce’s “service”. Unfortunately I missed a delivery at my home address. Twice did I ask for redelivery to my work address, and was both times given confirmation that that was going to happen, but of course nothing happened at all either time. And when I call them to ask why, the first “service” person just disconnects me, and when I call back, I’m told that my parcel has been sent back to the sender, and no-one seems to know why the redeliveries didn’t happen. Shockingly unprofessional…”

“I should have listened to the lady at the post office to divide my parcel and post via Royal Mail. Extremely poor service. Dishonest as they lied about attempting delivery 3 times. Did not leave any slip to say they have been (lied about that too). Saying recipient has been advised to go pick parcel up at the depot. Lack of effective communication among staff. Still chasing a parcel I posted to London from Chester on 9/10/19.”
“Worst delivery company I have come across. Didn't even attempt to deliver item it would seem! No reason for parcel not to be delivered as reception was open, no card left. Had to ring parcel force to find which post office it was at to be told about one 45 mins walk (I don't drive) away from my flat. Requested for a re-delivery on a Monday and I was guaranteed it would be delivered by the following Monday. The next Monday came and no parcel. I called again to be told that my request had 'been ignored' and the parcel is still at the post office. This time I had a 'urgent request' for the parcel to be delivered within 3-5 working days after 5pm. This was also ignored and the parcel has now been sent to a post office which has closed down. No information about the new post office, even on the post office website, so sent on a wild goose hunt looking for my parcel I had originally payed to be delivered next day. 2 weeks later still no parcel.”
“I've been waiting for a parcel from Germany to UK, and wondering where it has got to I checked tracking. According to the tracking website Parcel Farce delivered it three days ago, but clearly not to me, and no card has been left either. Apparently it was delivered to my next door neighbour, but they haven't got it! The name on the signature isn't my neighbour's either!
Why is it every time this company is involved there are delivery problems.
I'm now going back to the retailer that sent the package to see what they can do.

In frustration, called the escalated resolution number - that too is not manned today, according to their automated message - quite literally beyond belief.
