“Brilliant customer service. No or little queue when phoning. Helpful staff. Had to cancel policy to aid alterations but was refunded within 24 hrs. Much cheaper than other companies some of which would not insure me due to past medical issues.”
“I went to the companies who advertise for people with pre existing medical conditions who wanted a fortune for 2 weeks travel to USA. I got a much more competitive quote here, which still feels high for my situation. But at least I can afford it! I was contemplating of going to USA excluding all pre existing conditions! I now have peace of mind. Of course I cannot comment on their claims service, as we have not travelled yet. Fingers crossed I do not need to use it!”
