I found the experience online to be easy. Once I declared my medical status there were no further medical intrusive questions. Like most people one doesn’t want to make a claim. The credibility of any insurance company is how it responds to such claims.

Although some of the question I was asked seemed fatuous ie the reason for old age deafness the girl Zoe who did the questioning was superb . Careful and sensitive and spoke very clearly. She also used her initiative in offering me another way to get a cheaper insurance .

Within a short space of time the assistant was able to find 6 suitable quotes from 40 companies. Excellent advice and we saved a considerable amount compared to our own searches. Very happy and pleased to recommend the company.

Still waiting on a call back from your customer service team to try and get a simple holiday insurance cover finally sorted out after several attempts to talk to your office.

When I phoned the first time a lady said everyone was busy someone will ring you back guess what no phone call so 4hours later I phoned again and spoke to a lady who guided me through the questions, she was very nice and got my cover sorted.

Very easy to use to get my quote and pay for the insurance. I have not made a claim so I can't comment on that but their quoted price was very good for an 83 year old pensioner to go on a cruise in the Med.

Easy and fairly priced , so setting up the policy was a doddle but ….you only ever find out how good a company are when you have to make a claim . I never have and hope I never do but I’ve not seen any review on how they react when a claim is submitted .👍
