“We phoned in and the lady said after about 15 minutes that she was having problems at her end and would ring us back and never did . We phoned again 6 hrs. later and the guy was very good but with 4 months left on my policy ended up paying £187 .98p extra. Which seems quite a lot...???”

They give you so many options to choose the right cover for yourselves and the choice is from less expensive to expensive - but you have that choice to make for yourselves, you're not pushed in any way.
