“I just received my second pedestal from Pedestal Source, and it’s just as great as the first one! It provides a secure, attractive place for my 150 year old Buddha head from Thailand. Love this company.”

“I previously reviewed this company when my pedestal arrived with a chip in the paint on one of the ends. When the company read my review, they called me TWICE, and told me they would replace it. They did. It arrived in perfect condition. What more can you ask of a company. They stood behind their product. Great customer service.”

“I loved my pedestals! Amazing customer service, didn't take long to receive them at all and the packing is great!! They even give you instructions on which side to open so you can just "pour" the pedestal out of the box and have it standing in the right position. I highly recommend this company for your pedestals.”

“Absolutely amazing pedestal. Perfect quality and lovingly handmade. They even did a video of it prior to shipping, so that I could okay. Every possible attention to detail was taken into account. Shipped perfectly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

“The pedestal is beautiful and works perfectly for our art. On the first delivery, FedEx delivered it to the wrong address and refused to acknowledge their error or correct it. Pedestal Source quickly arranged for a replacement delivery at no additional charge. Outstanding customer service!”

“My experience with Pedestal Source was stellar. I received a phone call from their customer service department within a few hours of posting my question online. I received email updates throughout the manufacturing process and even received a video of my pedestal where they showed me the measurements and told me it would be packed and on its way shortly. The end product was of excellent quality. I would highly recommend Pedestal Source. Other manufacturers should take note of the excellent customer service provided by this firm.”

“The pedestal I ordered was perfect for the statue that I wanted to display. I’ve had the statue for years and it’s always been a little awkward and it never occurred to me it was because it was just too short. It’s stunning on the pedestal and I’m so pleased with the workmanship.”
