"I am literally in this coffee shop every day. Since the branch opened in Springs, I find it so convenient to visit when I'm at the gym, or kids' school nearby. The staff are EXTREMELY pleasant. The food is excellent. A pleasure to visit."

"Peet\u2019s Customer Service \r\n\r\nWhen something goes wrong they are not helpful at all.\r\n\r\nIt was a special offer 25% off for coffee that I usually buy. Something was wrong with the website. My 3 orders were cancelled. I called to Customer Service. They said that they would figure out and they would provide the same discount what it was offered on my order.\r\n\r\nI received an email just now with the information that they couldn\u2019t process my orders and they can\u2019t provide the discount what was on their website.\r\n\r\nI am not going to buy anything with Peet\u2019s related anymore."

"We bought whole bean coffee from the grocery store today. Noticed that the number of ounces changed from 12 oz. to 10.5 oz. although the price has not. Customers need to be observant of this. These are tactics used by companies during times when inflation increases to maintain their profit margins. Most consumers never realize that this happens."

"Had their sees chocolate covered coffee beans , ordered them on their website, they were delivered late as they were a gift, then I canceled my order , they were still delivered , when I opened the package all the beans were melted together like they were exposed to extreme heat at one point, but customer service was awesome and took care of my issues. May take my chance again in the future their products are delicious."
