“We ordered a harness for our dog which was excellent. The after sales we had when we had enquiries about how best to fit the dog harness from Jake was very good such a helpful company and an excellent product. Highly recommended”

“My dog has been wearing a Perfect Fit harness for 5 years. It is comfortable and hard wearing and if and when parts do age and need to be replaced the service is fast,efficient and seamless.”

“We had adopted a 1 year 10 month old female boxer dog who was very strong and pulled hard on her lead, despite having a "normal" harness on. I spoke to the trainer about this and he recommended a PerfectFit harness with a double ended lead clipped to her front chest and back. I bought the PerfectFit harness and was impressed by the control and ease of use. Having measured Millie up for the harness and putting these into the fit checker on the website I was a little concerned that the recommended sizes would be right. However when the harness arrived it was perfect straight out of the box! I don't know if PerfectFit use the fitting from the website to adjust each piece of the order, but we did not have to change any of the pieces (neck and chest)! It takes a few goes to understand the best way of clipping and unclipping the pieces to find the best way to use it, but now I just unclip both her right side clips and take it off, but guess you will find out a way that works best for you. I have been using the harness and new lead combination for around a week now and last night I was able to walk her with a slack lead, with my arm at my side, for the vast majority of her walk, with only twice where she pulled slightly to try and get to a new "sniffing" area more quickly. The harness is great quality, strong, comfortable and easy to put on and take off when you get used to it. Having had 2 previous boxers, so we've had a boxer around for over 20 years, I would say that this is the best harness I have ever used and despite being a little more expensive than others, it is well worth the investment. I don't usually provide reviews and I have not been provided with any incentive to write this, but in this case I wanted to let others know, especially boxer dog owners, due to the more difficult shape of a boxer for getting harness's to fit. The fit I bought was 40mm L-M-L PerfectFit Harness (74-93cm). I hope you find my comments useful for your next purchase.”

“My little dogs harness had got a bit tight,so I rang PerfectFit-Harnesses .They were very helpfull and polite sorted out my problem straight away put the new piecies in the post to me.They arrived in a couple of days can't fault them for service and the harnesses are first class.thank you very much.”

“The harness is great. My dogs are really comfortable and happy to wear. Still getting used to putting it on correctly as easy to miss a leg but getting used to it. The harness is nice and soft but robust, in that I’m very happy that it’s secure and won’t come off whilst walking my dogs. Would highly recommended. I went for xs size for my 6 month old toy poodles and it fits great, it adjustable and good to know I can buy spare parts if/when they grow.”

“Fantastic! My rescue dog Marshall had a perfect fit harness when I adopted him but I handed it back to the rescue to use for another small dog and ordered my own. Jen was lovely at assisting me when I had ordered the wrong size (due to being told the wrong info by the shelter) and sent out some pieces to try. I found the xs-xs-m combo was perfect! (My rescue is a patterdale cross) thank you Jen! I will be also purchasing the double ended training lead to match the red harness.”

“Replacement front piece Bought a new small front piece to replace my broken one. I am extremely disappointed as with in a year they have changed their design and have lengthened the strap dramatically that connects to the girth. The harness is no longer a perfect fit.”

We have found that we can usually find a different mix of pieces where the new front section isn't working any more. We will be in touch directly you see how you are getting on.
