“Very impressed with this dog harness and the excellent customer service from PerfectFit! The original front piece was too big but the smaller size, replaced free of charge, and very quickly, fits perfectly. They even sent a larger top piece at the same time and I now have a harness that fits my dog perfectly and feels secure without being restrictive. The material is strong yet lightweight and the fleece makes if comfortable to wear. Putting it on is quick and easy, the dog seems much more comfortable as his neck is not being pulled, walks are smoother, with less pulling, and I feel confident knowing my dog is safe. Highly recommend this harness to anyone looking for quality and comfort, and PerfectFit for their customer service!”

“I looked on line at this and looked at the measurements. So I rang up to order the harness I spoke to Jake about the size and we agreed on the size. It couldn't be easier fantastic customer service great products too.”

“Perfect fit by name, perfect fit by supply! The Large size harness was initially too long in the Girth Strap, so after contacting them, PerfectFit initially sent out a Medium Girth Strap in replacement. However, we then found the front part was too long, so blow me down if they didn't send out a smaller front part as well (the wrong size parts can now be returned). Now the harness truly is a "Perfect Fit", thank you guys, absolutely outstanding!”

“Having a "non-standard" dog it has always been impossible to find a harness that fitted, PerfectFit has been the solution Customer support was great helping with measurements and they could create a harness made from 3 separate sections, 2 large and one small. This made the correct size harness”

“These harness and leads are the best. I've had one got 4.5 years and just purchased another for my new dog. So easy to put on and they just fit! Material and clips are excellent quality. Measuring was easy and so many color options. I honestly believe this harness will be one got for the lifetime of my dogs.”

“The two replacement parts were exactly what was needed, many thanks for the BRILLIANT customer service. We are foster parents for a German Shepherd charity, (German Shepherd Rescue South) and we would be lost without ‘Perfect Fit’ harnesses. We generally receive troubled dogs, always anxious and frustrated, frequently poorly socialised and often with terrible histories. The ability to safely walk these dogs and build a relationship is essential in the first three weeks and it is only with Perfect Fit we are able to do this safely and confidently, so thank you so much. “PerfectFit harness is amazing. First one I ordered was too small but they sent me several different options to try and I found the perfect fit for my Jack Russell. He is so relaxed now as he really disliked a harness that has to go over his head and instead of running away from me he now comes straight up to let me put it on. Happy me and happy dog! Thank you PerfectFit.”

“I'm giving four stars because my dog's harness has never been exactly a perfect fit, but it's many times better than any other we've tried. The customer service at PerfectFit is absolutely first class, however. This order was just to replace a section that my dog managed to get hold of and chew a cut in the strap of.”

“PerfectFit customer service are great. As my dog has aged her harness didn't fit any more. The website didn't give me enough information but on speaking to someone I was advised to send photos and I was recommended what was needed. It worked! I'm very happy with the product and the service. They way there are various options for return etc is great too, but I didn't need to use it. The suggestion was spot on! Thanks!!”
