“Fantastic customer service!! So helpful when asking for extra pieces to be sent out, pretty much instant replies. Great product! I have tried pretty much every harness on the market and my dog is quite picky/has also grown a lot in the last few months, so nothing quite fits. It's great that everything is ao adjustable. Would definitely recommend! A bonus is that the materials are very soft and pliable, so it adapts to the dog very well (even if just teying to get comfy when lying down or curled up)”

“After a lovely quick response to my queries, I received the harnesses and leads required within 2 days. As both of my Dachshunds had suffered twice from the dreaded IVDD I was very anxious to get a suitable harness that was both comfortable and safe for them and I was not disappointed. After adjusting to a perfect fit they were spot on and appeared to be soft and comfortable to wear.”

“I found it difficult to find a harness to fit my golden doodle. So perfect fit is a game changer. Especially recently when my dog is recovering from the removal of a saliva gland. The harness doesn’t have to go over her head.”

“I have tried several different brand of harness and none of them fitted properly, one causing severe sores under my Boxer digs arms. Perfectfit was reccomend by another Bixer owner. It didn't take long to come & wow what a difference it has made. It really is a perfect fit. The straps under the arms and around the neck are lovely and soft ,I have confidence in the harness and Luna is happy to put it on and wear it. Thank you fir a great item 👍”

“Nothing better than a name that simply defines the product, a perfect fit! Great support services as I ordered the wrong size for 1 of the pieces, completely my mistake, but I had the new piece in a couple of days with no hassle and easy instructions to send the other piece back.”

“I know that when I ring you for advice and assistance you are always friendly and helpful. My parcel for replacement harness pieces arrived within 24 hours. Wilf and Rosco look very smart and we know that each harness is sturdy and comfortable for them. Thank you!”

“Great product, all 3 of my dogs have at least one harness and they are all different sizes and not typically built, so I’m sure you can find your perfect fit for any dog. Highly recommend. Also - customer service is really nice and helpful! Will definitely be ordering more colours.”

“I recently purchased a new dog lead which our dog trainer Charlie recommended and I couldn’t be happier with it! From the moment I started using it, I noticed a huge difference in both comfort and control during our walks. The quality is outstanding – it feels durable, well-constructed, and like it will last for years. My dog seems to enjoy our walks more too – she has the freedom to explore a bit while staying safe and secure. I can’t recommend this one enough. It’s practical, comfortable, and stylish – everything I was looking for!”

“I phoned up and spoke to Jake (I think!). I wanted a replacement top piece for my dogs harness and the size label had worn off. Her different sections were S, XS, & XXS. Jake measured his dogs top piece, while I measured mine, and we worked it out. It arrived and is a Perfect Fit! Thank you very much. Great customer service!!”

“The PerfectFit harness is great quality, with 3 sections and multiple ways to adjust for our growing puppy. It is a comfy shape and fits really well - not too bulky or combersome which has been a bonus in this warm weather. The customer service we received was excellent, especially from Jake, with sizing and fitting advice and support. Very impressed that we were sent alternative sizes so that we could try them out and find the combination that fits best.”

“As a dog trainer, I often recommend prefect fit harnesses. I have a number of sizes to demonstrate to clients and even lend them out, for them to try themselves. I'm slowly building up a mixture of all variations of all sizes. They are comfortable, don't need to squeeze over the head (which can be scary for some dogs). They come in so many different sizes that you will easily find a size that suits all shapes, and mostly, their customer service is fantastic, with helpful and supportive staff”

“Amazing customer service. I bought a tiny base to replace my xs 15 as that was a bit loose. However the clips for the tiny sizes are different. I rang customer services and they were great. Sent me out various options which allowed me to try them and home and get right combination.”

“Great customer service. I found their help and guidance on sizng not only speedy, but absolutely spot on! When they accidentally sent the wrong size, they fixed it immediately. As for the harness - it's super heavy duty, really comfortable, and has helped me manage my huge puppy really well. Love it!”

“AMAZING customer service! My dogs harness wasn't quite right and they asked me to send measurements and photos, and sent me a selection to try until we got it right! The harnesses themselves are great because you can open/close them without your dog lifting paws (my dog has IVDD so it made it easier) and they're made of soft, quality materials. Definitely will come back!”
