“At 1st the harness arrived and was a little bit to tight,phoned perfect fit and they sent another harness which perfect.Couldnt do without it now.Just sent the 1st harness back to them.Why can't all company's be like that. Cliff Middleton”

“Didn’t know why I needed to pay over £40 for a harness, but once she started wearing it I understood! It’s really well made, has comfy fleece on the parts that touch the dog and fits like a dream. Customer service team were so helpful and recommended the perfect size pieces - all 3 are different!”

“It’s always difficult finding a harness to fit a young pup but more so when she’s a lurcher. So I decided to use perfect fit as all my previous flyball dogs flyball dogs have used them. And I wasn’t disappointed not disappointed. It really is a perfect fit. I will upgrade as she gets bigger. Thank you Steve Dawber& Luna”

“I have contacted the Perfect Fit team several times over the last month regarding sizing for my two dogs. They have responded very quickly to enquiries and have been exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. As a result I have two perfectly fitted harnesses. The quality is amazing and the design superb. I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Brilliant. I have a sheltie and I love the way that you can just replace the one part that goes round his neck. The rest of the harness was fine, but because his ruff has grown so much, the smaller one was too tight. So I just replaced that one part and now it is really good.”

“There's good customer service and then there's PerfectFit customer service - which is absolutely exceptional. Their harnesses are quite complicated to work out (we discovered we'd been using ours the wrong way around...) BUT that's where their speed of response, flexibility and helpfulness comes in - to explain everything and make sure you get EXACTLY the right size for your doggo. Highly impressed and highly recommend.”

“Used perfect since my girl was a little pup and 4 years on, she’s still wearing it. Over the years, we’ve changed parts and apart from the fantastic quality of the harness, what is equally fantastic is the customer service. They are not only quick in replying but so honest. If your dog does not need to change a part, they will tell you. Such honesty is rare these days. Thank you PerfectFit for being so bloomin’ brilliant!!”
