“This is the second perfect fit harness I’ve bought and it really is fab! My dog is a springador and really puts this harness through its paces, pulling, swimming and generally getting up to mischief. I know he’s 100% secure in this, and the customer service is fantastic too!”

“I ordered 2 harnesses size M. They did not fit my dogs so I sent them back for an exchange and waited 3 weeks heard nothing so I chased them up and they said they hadn’t received them. I found the tracking details which they had signed for them. I got told they were still in the returns process so in the end I just asked for a refund. I was told my refund had been processed and would take 2 days. I’ve waited over a week and still no refund. I would not order from this company.”

“This is an excellent product. Our new dog came from an RSPCA rescue centre so we needed a harness quickly. Our local pet store didn't have anything suitable. Our order from PerfectFit was delivered very promptly and it's a perfect fit! And, most importantly, it's made in England.”

“Perfect Fit. I'd not heard of this brand before but was recommended it by my dog trainer as I have a nervous puppy. Well, I've had dogs for 25 years and have never had such a good fitting harness. I also like the idea that you can replace parts as your puppy grows. Lots of colours to choose from to suit your dog. Very happy and, to top it all off, very helpful customer service.”

“Contacting, messaging, and ordering to get the perfect fit harness for my cockapoo puppy could not have been easier. Delivery was speedy and the product (and fit from the photo and little video I sent) is faultless. Once fitted she seems really comfy and at ease and I feel better not using a collar fitted lead. “What a relief to finally find a harness that is not only adjustable but comes in three sections that can be changed according to the size and shape of your dog. If the fit is not right then PerfectFit will change pieces until you have the right fit. An amazing Company that cannot be more helpful. Thank you.”

“I ordered a spare peice for under the belly as the previous clip snapped and would no longer connect. Unfortunately the clips seem smaller size and although they do connect into the larger clip peice of the other part of the harness, they aren't a perfect fit! I have to fiddle with it and pull it to test if it has clipped in, it has come loose a few times now. As a result of this I don't feel confident putting my dog in it for walks so I've bought a different harness. Quite disappointed.”

HI Michelle, we are so sorry to hear this. It sounds like you might be using pieces from both the 15mm and 20mm ranges, which are not safely compatible with each other.
