“The holder for the tongs wasn't connected to anything in the box. It fell out of the box as I opened it, and there is a huge dint in the material on the interior of the box from it not fitting in there properly when they packed it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner, and I now have to apologise to him when I give it to him. Very disappointed. Not the quality, or effort on presentation I was hoping for to be honest”

“The personalised wine case I ordered as a wedding gift for my friend, with insured shipping came with a dent to the corner of the case. Very disappointing as I will be taking this overseas as gift for the couple.”

We have processes in place and try to do everything possible to protect your package however there is always the possibility that a parcel may be damaged during transit as accidents occasionally happen which unfortunately this is out of our control. We will always replace your order free of charge if an order is damaged however the insurance covers the cost of shipping your parcel in the chance of loss or damage. We are disappointed to receive your negative review as we pride ourselves in our customer Service. We received your email on Friday evening and a replacement was processed Monday, Your replacement is due to be dispatched today to ensure you receive this in time for your special event.
