“I have had good experiences with this company but unfortunately I had a cheese board delivered it was wrapped by company for present and when opened the board had no engraving. I emailed and have had nothing but they will speak to manager that was nearly two weeks ago. Understand mistakes happen and said that in my email but nothing back from them very disappointed. Could have gone to Kmart and just got a board as that’s what it looked like instead of something nice for my mum was so embarrassed !”

“I got an engraved water bottle and the quality is excellent. It was a hit! They make them to order so there is a short wait, but they keep you updated along the way. Delivery was quick once they had finished the bottle. Highly recommend!”
