Hi Jeweline, We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order, We have reached out a few times via phone and email to assist you with your query. As you had placed two separate orders approximately a year apart and had received two different shaped stemless glasses due to change in stock and unfortunately we have not received a response. We always aim to provide our customers with the amazing products ordered and we are happy to replace the original order so the glasses matched however we no longer stock the glasses from your original order.
