“My staffie- like most of them are extremely fussy when it comes to food. I have purchased other dry food to no avail but he loves the Turkey with Hemp- he will eat eat without me having to put wet food with it. I am really impressed. Chris”

“Pet lab is amazing. With 1 dog and 2 cats there are sometimes accidents and stains on the carpet. Petlab cleans it so well and removes any marks and smells straight away. You can't even see where it was. I have recommended PetLab to all my friends.”

“i absolutely love your product I have 3 dogs 2 chis and 1 staff cross also I live in a unit in Broome W.A that has artificial grass and the smell now the heat has set in was a bit over powering tried everything but nothing lasted longer than 1 day and also still had a slight smell even then, your product made my yard smell great because it smelt natural , as you are aware I just purchased another bottle 5 ltr this time I will be back I assure you thank you so much I can now have people come over without be embarrassed with the smell Maria ‌”

“Product didn’t work as advertised even though the instructions where followed. After initially being replied to by the customer service, I tried multiple times to follow up with no response. Had to cancel the subscription which is a shame because I like supporting small Australian businesses.”

“Let me start by saying I am excited to be receiving your products and look forward to using them. You are also very good at sending automated emails that contain updates and product details. Very helpful!! However, you are impossible to contact. I paid by apple pay and unfortunately my phone had my old address. My mistake. Immediately I emailed you, phoned you (answering machine) and told you of the problem. Answer was to call couriers please. They will not change my address as you are the consignor was the advice I received. Emailed and called you again with no response. You need to get better at answering clients and resolving simple problems, because it can sour the customer experience. Nevertheless, I can't wait to try but only hope that it comes to my new address.”

“I bought Healthy Habitat and the EN Zyme Solution. I was happy with the fast delivery and the products are better than I thought. I will be buying more once I run out. I used the Healthy Habitat in my washing machine when washing my dogs blanket, she had a pee accident as she is getting on in age. No urine smells on the blanket, even in my washing machine. I love the smell of the EN Zyme Solution, I like to spray it around the house. I also have a neighbour’s male cat that likes to spray around the outside of my house the EN Zyme Solution works a treat. Very happy I bought these products.”
