“Always quick and fair claim processing”

“We are so grateful to Pets Best for looking after our Blue girl since she was 6 weeks old. They make submitting claims very easy and cover all necessary treatments, surgeries, medications to make our girl healthy again. They never make us think twice about bringing her to the vet. We appreciate that even when they are late with reviewing claims they are always transparent.”

“I purchased PetsBest for my puppy a few months ago. Claim was processed quickly and money deposited in my checking account a week after processing. So far I've been very satisfied.”

“Submitted a wellness claim for a Canadian company and had to call three times to get them to understand that the $ ment it was US money. Still waiting for comfirmation that this has cleared and feel that this is taking took long”

“I am so happy I have Pets Best Insurance My Dog is a diabetic & has cushings disease and the cost to keep her alive would not be possible without Pets Best Insurance. They cover all medication, & tests. I thank them so much for their caring & support. If you don't have pet insurance I urge you to sign up for Pets Best Insurance.”

“Great pet insurance! It was easy to file my claim with the app. I was informed right away that the claim was approved and a check would be sent to us out in just a few days. I feel like my pup will get the best care because we know we have this good plan to rely on”

“Easy claims process, fair and honest reimbursements. Not the cheapest pet insurance, but they at least cover what they say they're going to. The cheaper carriers (which we have had) eventually will reimburse, but there is a LOT of back and forth. Pets Best has been great, however if they continue to increase their premiums at the rate that they have been, it will become cost prohibitive, and we won't continue our policies.”

“I have been satisfied with Pets Best to date. My cat was very healthy but I felt she needed heath insurance just in case. Sure enough she developed hypothyroidism, and needed care and medication. Pets Best has been responsive and prompt in responding to claims and questions.”

“A great find in the world of insurances that try to scam you instead of help. I have been with this company for the last 4 years and cannot be happier, even though the price went up almost 60% … but I think that would be true for any insurances nowadays. Very quick claim review and reimbursement, great and helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”
